One of the best ways to end my day ...stretching and breathing love and life into my body . I am grateful to have this experience and MY time.It's amazing how my heart feels lighter and happier, and how much more i appreciate and smile at my body and mind after this wonderful class :)

I have been practicing yoga for several years and have been to many yoga studios. I truly must say that no other place compares to Bliss Om. Every Yoga Teacher brings something unique to each practice. They are all amazing! The ambiance is incredible and all the staff are very nice and offer great customer service. Great place to learn how to destress your life,Authentic Patanjali Yoga, meditation and much more.During vacations run courses for children too.Saturday and Sunday free Yoga class at 8am.

great older gym.. I really like going here. 4 stars because washroom is a mess always.

Yoga City Streetsville is an amazing studio with kind and knowledgeable instructors. I highly recommend this studio regardless of your ability as their classes may be modified for any level. I love their lunchtime classes!

Love these classes. The instructors are amazing and really guide you through exercises with great cues for maximum benefit.

The facility is amazingly well thought out. It seemed that every detail had been considered. I came to try the salt cave but was also very impressed with the infrared sauna, the beautiful yoga studio and the Jet Peel facial tool and look forward to future visits.

Lots of different options to get a workout in, regarding machines. Equipment is old and mediocre. Cleaners are often there. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for which is 10 bucks. ***I cannot stress how disgusting the sauna is. It shouldn’t even be open and needs serious cleaning and maintenance. Smells like a dirty fish tank. Not even hot inside just damp and musty. Left the sauna feeling disgusting and hurried home to shower.
