Amazing place to train and teaching yoga. Super clean, organized and friendly staff!

I have been a client of Rebirth in Milton for two years now and I am completely addicted to this studio. I usually attend 4-5 classes a week, and can honestly say that it is because of this studio that I have the most strength I have ever had. I typically attend power classes, but they have classes that would meet the need of every level of yogi. It is a warm and inviting studio with a positive vibe from the instructors and other clients! I would recommend to anyone.

My son gows. He has really enjoyed it. There are not many options for kids under 12 to exercise in formal classes. He has fun and gets a good workout.

Staff is friendly! Its averagely clean for a gym environment . Equipment works but could be updated. Still worth the money, just respect the gym and clean up after yourself.

Doesn’t anyone want to talk about the revolving door of Yoga Instructors that come in and out of this place? Or are people too scared to mention it? I live out of province and come to stay with my family periodically and Intentions is in the vicinity. When I am in Ontario I want to keep up with my practice. I have come there periodically for classes for 2 years now and have gotten used to certain Instructors. When I go back to do a class, they are no longer working there. This is very frustrating. Why is that? Could it be the way the place is running behind closed doors? I have never had this issue at the Yoga studio that I attend in British Columbia. The other thing that irks me is when they cannot get someone to substitute a class and they just strike a line of cancellation through on the web site. Today (April 14, 2018), I wanted to do the 9:00 AM Hatha Flow and it has been cancelled. The owner and the really tall skinny girl that works there at the front desk actually give off negative vibes. I am not sure if they are aware of this. I always get an uneasy feeling when talking to them. I just want to pay for my class fee and avoid talking to them. I have made the conscientious decision of not returning to Intentions Yoga. I wish them all the best. Can anyone recommend any Yoga studios close to Intentions?

Fantastic private gym!

Truly a home away from home. The staff at The Womb are so skilled, warm, empathetic, and their services and collaboration exemplifies excellent healthcare for families. A particular HUGE thanks to Lorri, our doula, who ensured a positive birth experience because of her support, guidance, advocacy, and warmth. Having now had a hospital and home delivery, I would highly (cannot be overemphasized) recommend The Womb and their doula support to any pregnant woman and family.

Went for mother's day, was able to get an appointment the same day. Had a great reflexology massage. Therapist used the full 45 minutes! Relaxing atmosphere and cosy mattresses to lay on. The only disclaimer: wear appropriate clothing (loose shirt and pants) if you don't feel comfortable changing in to the clothes they provide for you. Will 100% be returning

Best place in Milton to train Pilates and recover with massage therapy. I am signing up for TRX classes in the fall. Ang

Bought classes and then couldn’t attend them, they would not refund the $$ as that is their policy although you never received a policy or terms and conditions. Now they are closed, and they dont have the software anymore reflectibg outstanding balances. From a business perspective, they arent very cooperative. A policy is what a business makes of it, its a choice. They chose not to be cooperative.

Hands down the best yoga studio I've attended. Awesome classes, workshops and instructors.

Solid , not crowded either when you go in off times. Good workout vibe too , I switched from a cheaper gym, worth the change
