After taking a step out from yoga and hitting the gym, i realized how much i missed yoga. Tonight was my first night and by far in all my years my favorable experience. The instructer was patient, and everyone was so incredibly nice. This will be my 4 day a week spot!

It's alright. Can usually get a machine you want. Rates are reasonable. Should enforce a towel under you in the sauna. Clean gym

I broke my wrist and needed physio. I worked with Kris and he was GREAT. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. When he gave me exercises to do he explained them and ensured I was performing them correctly, he even followed up by sending an email with diagram instructions. He was professional and I enjoyed working with him, all the receptionist were equally friendly and helpful.

I have checked out many other yoga studios and Buddhaful Yoga is by far my favourite. The smaller class size allows for one on one modifications and assistance with proper alignment. Vanessa is always attentive to the abilities of each student. From the warm welcome when you enter the studio to the special end of class touches, Buddhaful Yoga is a fantastic studio to begin your yoga journey and or to expand it. Namaste

Looove this place! I'm so glad Pauline (owner) finally got me to come in. She was concerned about me as she has seen me over the years put more and more weight on. Her kindness and professional advice has been instrumental in my weightloss journey. I have also attained a personal trainer from the gym - DJ who is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and weight training! All of the staff is wonderful and caring .... you can just tell when you walk into this spotless facility! My experience at Anytime has been a true game changer in my life. I have known Charlene for a few years now. I have invited Charlene to come out to my Young Mothers Outreach groups and facilitate Yoga in Keswick and Newmarket. Charlene has been fabulous to deal with. She is very professional, engaging, calming and very respectful to the clients that I work with. Charlene has demonstrated warmth and understanding to these young mothers and their children. Charlene is able to be meet the group where they are at on that given day.
