Wonderful facility. Am over 60 and the Pilates has improved my strength, balance and mobility.

I came to yoga as a gentle replacement for sports, but working with Heather transformed my experience with yoga to a completely different level. It is so much more than fitness, but the wonderful thing is that it can be just what you need it to be. There is an entry point for everyone.

Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

Sure the price sounds great..only $10 a month, but the cleanliness is extremely poor. The mirrors in the women's section are disgusting. I've seen the same water stains, hand prints and dust on there for over 3 months now!! Like what is it that their staff is doing all night that no one can grab some windex and clean the glass?? Half of the attachments to the machines are missing and much of the equipment is in serious need of some maintaining. If the hours weren't so convenient then I would go somewhere else.

Manjeet (Diane) at Shine On Yoga truly loves passing on her knowledge and skills to all. She welcomes you to your practice in such a compassionate way that you immediately feel at ease. Manjeet is very knowledgable and able to adapt her classes to students of all levels of experience and is always aware if anyone needs an alternate way of doing something due to injuries or limitations making the practice a safe place to be. I was very fortunate to discover her classes about 5 years ago and have meet a wonderful group of people.

Ms. Fines is a wonderful person to be working with while you take the journey of weight lose release. She is a very caring person, constantly checking up on you to make sure you are following the program correctly. She has a very soothing and relaxing voice, she is easy to open up to. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family!! Thank you again for your wonderful work

My daughter Krys retired from 11 years of competitive gymnastics, as a Quantum gymnast. She trained with what I feel are some of the best coaches in the field today. Shannon's choreography is right up there with the of the best. Krys just loved her routines and I think for the first time in her gymnastics career understood the mechanics of what she was being asked to perform. As an older gymnast she was also encouraged to begin coaching... My youngest daughter Becca also enjoyed the rec. programs that were offered... I would highly recommend this club for anyone!!!

Excellent facility! Staff, class instructors, are friendly & provide helpful service. Something there for everyone from tots to seniors. I enjoy many yoga & fitness classes there!
