This is a great 30 minute circuit training course. I have been going there since 2015 and my body is strong and fit. For ladies only which is a plus for me. There are classes there as well.

I have been seeing Sydney for several years and when I have an appointment I look forward to it so much. She is an incredibly skilled RMT, so calming and in tune with what's going on in the body. She can simultaneously get those problem spots and make you so relaxed that you may even fall asleep! Thank you Sydney and Courtenay Massage Therapy!

Joyces classroom is always filled with positivity, happiness and joy. It doesn't matter how your day has been so far you will always leave the classroom with a smile on your face feeling lighter and free. She certainly knows how to adapt her classes to everbodys needs and is a great motivator. One couldn't ask for a more passionate teacher.

I suffered from arthritis in my facet joints in my back which put pressure on my sciatic nerve. I woke up one morning in pain and within a few weeks was unable to get out of bed. I tried everything from acupuncture, chiropractic treatments, massage, epsom salt baths, a change in diet to reduce inflammation, pain killers....nothing worked. After 11 months of pain, extremely limited mobility and the fear that my life would never be the same, PRP was recommended and I had nothing to lose. I was nervous, but Dr. David was thorough and reassuring. After two treatments, I was able to bend over and tie my shoes again! After the third treatment, I was 100% and able to return to the gym, go for runs, even get dressed again with full mobility. I am extremely grateful for Dr. David and PRP treatments allowing me to return to my life.

Great people

Just Love Sophie! We have had her for private family/friend yoga at our home and she is wonderful. She is able to tailor classes to a variety of levels and locations (indoors or outside) with ease. Her gentle, pleasant and kind manner makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend her!
