The worst people can handle your money I have ever seen even the manager can't help at all, after 2 days he can't fix my problems and need more time!!!!

My name is Bill. I have 3 businesses in Tonawanda. I have been into several of the M&T branches and will not go into any other branch besides this one. I walk in and they know me by name!! Any time I have ever had a problem with my account I ask for Greg and he handles everything right away and professionally. The tellers are on a first name basis with me. I recommend that if you want great customer service and friendly faces, walk into this bank.

This bank gives good community vibes. They remember you and treat you like friends. That can slow the line up a little though.

I've always found quick and friendly service here. You might have to park farther away and walk instead of parking right in front

All of the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable...it's always a pleasure to go in and see all the familiar faces😊

I don't understand why there have been negative reviews thus far. Everyone here is friendly and they try to get you taken care of and on your way as quickly as possible.
