Car Dealership

Matt is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in the door he makes it feel like home. No pressure sales tactics, just a nice guy that makes dealing with him a breeze. 10/10 recommend.

I had my truck towed there couple weeks back with a DEF problem. Pump quit working. After getting it in found that couple fuses and relay had blown. When I went to pay bill and check out. I ask what caused problem. Was told it was just cheap Chinese fuses and relay caused it. Upon leaving there dealership and heated to cooler weather, the problem came back. Having it repaired st another dealership asked what problem was. They explained that the line heater for DEF was shorting out. That why it was blowing fuses and relay. Didn't do proper diagnosis on finding problem. So was waste of $$$$ and time. Since I was there also to see how good service was as I'm thinking about buying a new truck. 1st impressions turned me off probably wouldn't go back. Was contacted by management after this post. And they have refunded my money. Not many would step up to the plate and do that. Worth giving them another try if situation arises. Thanks

Staff gave us below market value on our trade then sold it for $10000.00 profit then Yadwinder Sandu told us he was ordering us a rear dvd package for our 2018 Durango RT which is the only reason we purchased the vehicle on Oct 12 proceeded to charge us a fee for $3399.00 It is now November 8th and we are still arguing with them for it we were lied to by 3 different staff members and managers and told it was on order. When we contacted FCA Canada they found out nothing was ordered and now are trying to get or money back. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with shady and crooked FCA Canada on the other hand was very helpful thank you Meghan

Good service

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experiences. I had bought a new 2017 F150 and had been having issues with rough shifting ever since day one. I had it in for 4 oil changes and raised my issues each time. They kept telling me 'that's how the trucks shift' & 'there's nothing wrong with it'. This all based off of not finding codes and a short road test. I decided to take the truck to Wilf's Ford in Elie and explained my dilemma. Their service manager Rob jumped in with me, we went for a road test and wanted to investigate more. There were no Ford codes that came up, but he knew something wasn't right. He went out of his way to further investigate, plugged a computer to it and went for another road test and analyzed the shifting. It was evident there was a problem, they just weren't sure what yet. Upon further review they discovered that the trucks transmission needed a new valve body. They completed the work and now it's shifting perfectly fine; just like the other Ford Trucks I've had. Overall Midtown Ford just isn't willing to go the extra mile. I've been told that Wilf's Ford is the place to go for a long time - now I see why.

Michael Liu is a really nice and helpful sales staff. Very patient and thoughtful. Got a good deal and had a wonderful experience there.

I have been leasing vehicles from Birchwood Credit since 2012 and have always had a positive experience with their staff.

Staff are friendly and keep you up to date on where your vehicle is in the process.

Time had come to replace my beautiful bright red Mazda 6 Sport Hatchback and I was full of trepidation at giving up a great ride. Darrell and Carla Anne talked me down off a ledge, gave me a great trade-in value and I drove away in my new handsome red CX-5. They promised to find a good home for Ruby (my Mazda 6) and made me smile along the way. I agree, definitely 'worth the trip'. CJ
