Car Dealership

Great service, check in process & very comfortable waiting area! Very friendly and kind.

Wonderful dealership with great staff. Linda was the best salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with: 10 out of 10! And financial services manager Narong was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The building is clean and well laid out, and the “delivery room” for new cars is a great concept. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

On my way to Toronto for a business trip to India my car failed on the 401, and I had to go by taxi to the airport. From India I called Donna Tregunna at Taylor. She found the just the right car for me, working with me overseas and across timezones. When I landed home to Pearson International, waiting at arrivals was a lovely man with the keys. What a wonderful experience. No worries. No troubles. No searching for solutions. Everything taken care of. I signed the papers and drove home to Kingston. Thank you Donna!

What an amazing team at Kingston Hyundai. Thanks to Chris, Bob and the lovely Marlene. This is my 3rd new vehicle from this dealership and won’t be my last. Thanks Kingston Hyundai.

This was a trouble free car buying experience for me , the sales at this location (Joey) were pleasant , professional and informative and made the entire process very simple. I would definitely recommend if you know for sure that a Honda is the right vehicle for you.

The sales consultant we had was amazing! If you're looking for someone who will really listen to your needs and answer all your questions, ask for GEORGE GRIMES at this dealership! He's great! My husband and I were really pleased with the service we got from him. BUT try to avoid Roy, the financial guy. He's really pushy and we didn't appreciate his way of promoting the extended warranty to us. George Grimes is great though!!!

Amazing sales staff, i personally recomend Tania. Bought a new 2016 F150 in Oct 2016, its had a few issues yet their service dept is the best. They do everything possible to help you with any situation big or small. The best Ford Dealer around. Best pricing, best staff, i will use no other dealer.-. . Update December 2018, was a great dealership, they lost my business due to a woman named Temple in service and the cost of two tires, I have since switched over and just bought a Toyota Tundra

Excellent experience. Ramiz was very helpful, patient and I feel I got excellent value for my purchase today. I'd go back for my next vehicle in a heartbeat. Thanks Ramiz! Andrew Norris

Otherwise known as IFM Auto Sales, Masood or Mohammed, whatever his name is (he told me he was Masood, but the mechanic next door says his name is Mohammed) is a liar and a scam artist. He will sell you a car knowing full well it's dangerous. Do not trust the Master Mechanic next door either -- they safetied the car, but when I got it back the windshield wiper fluid puddled on the ground, the AC didn't work, and Mike the mechanic and Mohammed neglected to tell me it lacked an undercarriage!! I didn't know about the undercarriage in time, but I had to threaten to call OMVIC to get him to fix the AC and windshield wiper fluid -- he initially told me it was my problem! Save your money and go to a reliable used car dealer. Or even a private sale -- the average stranger is way more trustworthy than this guy.

When you like to buy a Mini you for sure go there amd ask for Sam Yung he is the best sales person you can get But never trade in a car else then mini there because their used car sales manager is so bad in pricing your car

I never thought that buying a vehicle could be enjoyable but Jimmy and staff at Endras made me and my family feel comfortable and right at home. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and spent the timet to explain to us everything we needed to know to make the right decision. We were an Audi family for 9 years but thanks to Jimmy and everyone at Endras we will be enjoying our new BMW.

Phenomenal service and beautiful buildings. Love taking my car in here.

We purchased a used car with Irfan Shaikh as our sales consultant. We were very pleased with the attention and customer service we received. Even though we purchased an inexpensive used car, we still received the "LEXUS" treatment we have come to expect from purchasing new vehicles at established Lexus dealerships. Mr. Shaikh was very easy to interact with. Mr. Shaikh quickly took care of any our questions or concerns. When it is time to purchase another car, we will definitely go and see Irfan Shaikh.

. I live three hours away from Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Did everything over the phone, texting and emails. Buying a vehicle that I had not seen was very unsettling. thankfully I dealt with Sam Abboud. He took the time to go out to the vehicle to take a very detailed pictures so that I felt comfortable that the van was in excellent condition. Every time I contacted Sam he was very quick to respond to my questions The team was easy to deal with very friendly, accommodating and informative. I would definitely recommend a family member or friend. Thank you Sam

First time at Lakeridge - Gabbi is great to work with - very efficient. Best service experience yet.

Purchased 2nd Mazda vehicle at this location, as it is close to home and convenient. Had a great experience from beginning to end. Sales associates and managers treat you with respect and listen to your specific needs regarding the sale. Communication was prompt when questions were asked and quality of service was high. I highly recommend browsing this dealership if you have interest in purchasing a Mazda. The location is cozy, well-kept and encompasses a positive environment. Thanks again for the support and hope to receive more deals in the future! Big thanks to Eddie, Nathan, Steve and Jawed!

Just don’t buy anything from Ajax Hyundai. Scam Alert.!!
