Countertop and Tiles

I purchased a new drop-in 30" stove top---the same size as the one needing replacement. It turned out that the new one was 7/8 " larger. How to enlarge the hole in a granite counter? These gentlemen showed up on short notice, enlarged the opening, cleaned up and were gone in time to get the electrician back and have a working cook-top the same afternoon. Excellent service, courteous and knowledgeable employees.

Tile Mart sales reps will say anything to get you to by their products, but once youve paid expect shotty products where they wont honour their warranty, they dont do exchanges of damaged products they delivered, and try getting ahold of them, takes three emails plus to get a response, and in many cases you will have to travel to the store to get answers. dont walk away from this company, RUN, in my opinion they are not honest people Its not worth the few dollars in savings, the stress, time, and cost of replacement products will cost you Way more in the long run.

Pick ups , loading too slow

Gave them a trial run of installing 2 bathroom vanities. It was the most disastrous contractor experience I have had so far. In fact, they tried to 'pad' the bill even though I had a signed contract as to the cost. When that did not work, they asked for another advance (also not mentioned in the contract). Workers were unsupervised most of the time and made several mistakes and did not show up on time. Did I mention they also did a bait and switch in materials? Their sub contractors made several remarks about the unprofessional behaviour of MF staff and lack of direction! I had to dismiss them finally and hired someone else to complete the job. NEVER AGAIN.

Euro Arts did extensive cleaning and sealing of stone surfaces and grout in our house this week. They arrived on time and took great care in doing a thorough and professional job. We are very happy with the results. We would use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.
