Always happy with the tile selection and the wonderful staff. I have been using Mainland Tile for all my renovation projects and have been very satisfied. The staff is very helpful and will assist you from start to finish with your project. The tile quality is the best in town. Definitely the place to go for any commercial or residential needs.

We ordered countertops from Archstone Kitchen Countertops & Cabinets in September 2017 (Henning Drive in Burnaby). The owner came to our home to measure the dimensions, and gave us some useful advices. The job was well done, and the price was very reasonable. Terrible service. I was mistreated as a customer. Everyone who walks in that door should be treated equally as customers. They are unwilling to help anyone unless they know they get something out of it. Never bringing any of my clients here nor will I go back.

Abihu, Steven and also the man that came to take the measurements were very skilled , helpful and professional. Probably the best part of our kitchen renovation was dealing with Floform. The product is amazing and is better than I had imagined. Worth every penny.

Wow what an incredibly unhelpful place. I called for a quote on a soapstone or Dekton countertop slab for an outdoor kitchen. I was told to call their sales rep, Sara, who eventually called me back a few hours later. She wouldn't give our architect firm a quote because they only provide pricing to the fabricator. I asked for a fabricator suggestion and the response was, "they have to be Dekton certified." Ok, that's not what I asked you. I asked what's more expensive, soapstone or Dekton. Nope, wouldn't answer that either. Seriously, if you're a sales rep you might want to try selling a little. I got 0 answers for my questions. Chances are whatever fabricator we go with won't be using them anyway. Shoddy customer service. Aeon stone was way more helpful.

Amazing! They offer so many ideas and options. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We came just for the flooring and we are now using them to do our entire project. Kitchen, vanities, the works!

I live more than 2 hours away from this place and I have been to over 20 title stores seen 10000's+ of styles and samples. I can honestly tell you if you like selection that you wont see any where else this is the place to go. You can find styles that are clean and simple to very busy and everything in between. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received. I came here looking to buy other things already with my mind made up on buying a fireplace and insert unit good service or not the price was right and I needed it so I had to buy... But rather than just sell it to someone who was ready to buy she made sure I knew how big it was and that I would have no problems with where I wanted to install it. I can't thank her enough for doing this small but very thoughtful step. Also with the fire place unit she took it out of the box and showed me it works and took time to make sure its exactly what I wanted. She put it back in the box and re-wrapped it so noting would come out then help carry everything out to the car. First of all I went to canadian tire and they have units on display but you can't see any of them working and they were all over priced $500+. I bought my range insert and fireplace for just over $300 TOTAL. I had already bought 1 fireplace for $300+ from home depot thinking it was able to be mounted in the wall and since no one working at the store knew anything about it and once again nothing on display working I bought and took it home then went about building a wall to put it in... just before the install I noticed it says on the back of the fireplace no where else on the box or anywhere else DO NOT INSERT TO WALL... I had to return it but I am so glade I did or I never would have had this wonderful experience and found all this new great tile selection for such a wonderful price... Thanks you will be seeing me again within the next 30 days when I buy tile and again when I need more.

TCE is not the Top stone hit or miss on quality, Need to use a product called goof off to get the stains out but they do come out. Some parts are weaker than others I can tell does scratch on spots. Overall you get what you pay for right!

We had a great experience with this company. We brought them in to replace the carpet in our bedrooms and on our stairs with laminate. They were super easy to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the work. It looks great, and we are really impressed with the final product.
