Rates are high and staff are very polite

I used to work in Starship's Vancouver office and didn't really communicate to Toronto office until I most of our drivers told me I have to check my pay carefully. I have requested pay sheets and matched it to the Pay Stubs, and realized a significant shortage in pay. I have contacted Michelle Ansara and Shameema Cadersaibe to sort it out. It was 2 weeks back and forth email exchange. In the end even with all proofs in my hand I was told there is no mistake. They were ripping off drivers on a regular bases. Do think before you considering work or do business with this company.

The worst company ever. Never delivered my furniture, which I waited for for 5 hours, booked an elevator and notified the concierge to ensure there were no issues and they never came yet claimed that they did. Also tried to phone them directly to follow up and no answer.

Received 13 boxes filled with household stuff couriered from Vancouver to Scarborough. One box was damaged and contents were just coming out. Must not be a fault of this pick up / delivery centre, but may be this is how Greyhound Courier Express handles things generally! Insurance is claimable ONLY for lost packages and not for damaged ones so nothing could be done for it! But since it's much economical compared to DHL, UPS, etc., there is no better option! Otherwise the staff is friendly, so 3 stars!

Fast and reliable service for shipping stuff to China, highly recommended!

Sent a bill for customs charges 2 months after I received the product from overseas. The actual customs charges and GST were only $5... Their ridiculous fees were an extra $26.

I contacted them on a VERY short notice (an hour before pick up). The rep was very acoomodating and agreed to the delivery. He couldn’t find a guy who could do the delivery on such a short notice at that time and decided to do the delivery himself! I would trust this courier company.

Dispatch and Customer services is really amazing. Drivers are professional and on time.
