Would give zero stars if that was an option. First off they delayed my package by three days without giving any reason, then on the day it finally went out for delivery i watched the driver pull into my driveway, use it to turn around and then leave... moments later the status changed to first attempt made... then after calling customer service then said i could pickup the package on the same day(when the first attempt was made) and that they would call me when it was ready for pickup. After waiting the whole day until there was only an hour until the place closed i called again and they told me that they need to wait on the driver to return the the shipping facility before they could do anything, when i asked further questions about how i could pick it up same day, the representative hung up the phone on me. Will never use this service again

My wife uses this place to send money to her family in the Philippines. We have had no issues and the staff are quite friendly.

The delivery dates appeared to be quicker than other courier services, however, the actual delivery service was horrible. Why pay for shipping when I have to go down to the depot in my city and pick up my parcel. The first lady that I spoke to indicated to me that I could NOT pick up my parcel and that I would have to wait until the next day. I phoned the next day, and was told something different by a different worker. The lady from the I wait, and then the truck drives down the street without stopping at my place as I was sitting outside waiting. I check the tracking number, and it stated that my address could not be found. The driver did not even stop on my street to verify the address. This is my first and last first using Purolator.

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER Drivers are LIARS/UNACCOUNTABLE/CANT READ SIMPLE ENGLISH INSTRUCTION/HAND your MEDICATION TO ANYONE!!!!? CAN"T READ A SIMPLE PHONE NUMBER to call AIRMILES AT SAFEWAY WERE NOT WORTH THIS COURIER and headache!!! DO NOT USE THIS COURIER TRUST MY WORDS. U the Owner should know SAFEWAY LOST A $13,000 account cause of your INCOMPETENCE!! DASHER COURIER is NOT ACCOUNTABLE/UNREPENTANT / UNCARING/ LIARS/ and should not be delivering any of SAFEWAY'S MEDICATIONS!!!

Awesome company to work for, it doesn't matter if they pay me cash or cheque. They pay me well. Everything they do is legal, trucks are all safe as we do daily checks and notify management right away if there are any issues... fellow employees, staff and management are great to work with!

These guys are good. Used to use CP all the time but got fed up of seeing packages not moving for days, yet purolator has, no pun intended, delivered a 5 star service across the board. Well done Purolator! Thank you for not settling for less than best!
