Courier

This place sucks..... specially now the bratty ladies who took over after firing their employee😠 Lousy customer service and they ask to pay membership fee multiple times and returned my mail saing wrong address. I would rate this place in negative.

Great place for Canadians to pick up packages. Good prices and good hours. Never a problem.

They gave my $140.00 parcel away to someone with a similar name. When I tried to hold them accountable the Owner invented a fiction that my parcel’s address did not include the Unit Number and told me to “go ———— myself”. Both the sender’s records and the USPS manifest show the Unit Number included in the address. YELP reviews show other similar complaints. Pacific Mail and Parcel has a “F” rating with BBB and ,again has complaints similar to mine. My recommendation is to avoid this company!

Use often for shipping products across North America. Friendly office staff and drivers.

I live onsite as a night watchman. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Buildings a bit run down and the staff are short tempered

They deliver right to my place of work very convienent

Amazing! the best prices and they'll compare Canada post! :-)

Did not care if you needed help or not and did not have any UPS product

Much more reliable than other shipping options. Worth the price over Canada Post and others if you are looking for speed and safety.

Super helpful, professional, knowledgeable staff. The owner is easy to deal with and will go out of his way to take care of you.
