Eyewear & Opticians

Meilleur service à Laval, et leur service après-vente est hors pair!

The best in health care. Every detail of the visit both clinical and retail explained with no hard sell. Highly recommend.

I walked in wearing casual clothing fully intending to buy some high end sunglasses, and none of the staff acknowledged me even though the store was empty and I inquired about a pair of glasses and the employee barely listened to me. Customer service is awful! Only good thing is glasses they are very nice.

Best staff. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful. I've been getting contact lenses and glasses here for something like 10-15 years.

Amazing experience here. My 3 year old daughter got her first pair of glasses and Wes went above and beyond to help us.

Keira at the Vision Dept provided us with great customer service. She acknowledge that my daughter and I was waiting for assistance on other side of the counter, she came over and brought us over to her side. Keira was very patience as it was my daughter's first contact lens order, she let us know what to expect and that the prescription is saved in the system, all we have to do next time is to call in if we need to order more.

Made a google email account just so I could give this store a 5 star review. This is the only place I will go to get my frames AND sunglasses! Service is so incredible and friendly. They know what they are doing and will style you, telling which frame is right for you. Awesome store please go!!

Very friendly staff. Take care of my 4 kids frequent need if glasses repair or replacement, always with a smile.

Despite this spam post, the store is open.

I just came from Greenwich Optics where Lee found a new frame for my lenses and replaced them for me in minutes, while I stood out on the sidewalk in the sunshine with Michael while he waited and then handed a pair of glasses into the window of a customer's car so she didn't have to park and come in! This is business the way I imagine it back in the fifties when people connected on a personal level and enjoyed providing service. I can't WAIT until I need an eye exam so i can do here! (ok, well, maybe I can wait, but when it's time you'll find me at Greenwich Optics). Thanks guys!

Doctor Shaninian is one of the best eye doctors I know. He’s patient and thorough. The selection of glasses and contacts is endless.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I went in, had my eye exam, picked the frame and that's it. They are all very nice and polite and I needed my glasses as soon as possible and he made sure I got them within 2 days. I just picked them up and I am really very happy with them!!!

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic service!!!
