My whole family has used Lens Crafters,it is our second time around at this location. If/when we've had a follow up concern with our glasses they've handled it under the warranty program. However your given all kinds of time to browse for glasses ( good selection ) after that it seems a bit rushed. So slow down and add the NECESSARY but optional coatings. Especially liked JOANNA YU the Optometrist attached to them. She explained the process, articulated her findings clearly and made suggestions based on YOUR lifestyle and her experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A special shout out to JERRY BLEIWAS an in house Licensed Optician. He has fitted all of our glasses and explained clearly the benefits/ effects of the different coating. His patients and confidence reflects his passion for his profession and HIS customer, - you'll see the difference ( pun intended ) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst place to buy your glasses from.When a person spend $500 for Prescription glasses,they want a better service.I did not even wore the glasses for once because they were so uncomfortable,because they were mis-aligned.I went to get it fix but the lady says it’s because of different prescription in both eyes the glasses are not aligned.What kind of reason is this.Lol.I am wearing glasses when i was in grade 5,and she is explaining me technical problem with the glasses and says it cannot b fixed.What the hell.So the money we spent is waste.I am so unsatisfied with the response.I got the replied that it cannot b fixed.So please if you want to get proper glasses go somewhere else where your problem can be fixed.Thanks
