Very good Service, Pradip the owner has great knowledge of his products and also does eye exams in house. 1 stop shop, helps you to submit claims with insurance and great selection of designer frames and glasses. i could go to the Big Name Stores in the Malls, but I rather support the local businessman and get the personal service touch directly from the owner. He treats every customer like a family member, not just another client. My entire family has been going to pradip@Agrawal Optical for the past 4 years and will keep doing so.. The best kept secret optical store in Richmond Hill! Amazing selection of designer frames and sunglasses at very affordable prices! They also have optometrist available for an eye exams and direct bill insurance if you have medical benefits through work!

Been dealing with Kanda Optical at the Eglinton W. location for the last three years. Very friendly and professional staff also quick response to orders etc. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. A special callout to Anjou? I am not sure if this is how her name is spelled. Not sure what happened to the guy that was working here Mohid but I called in many times asking for him and they always say he’s on vacation or gone out. This last time the guy was lying to me that Mohid was speaking. Very dishonest!!! I went in to the new location and the brown guy there is extremely rude, doesn’t seem like he cares...I’m never going to do business with you! Response: you were pretending to be someone you’re not! How can you be sorry...that was on purpose, you don’t think when I come in and your not him I would be upset? Your a liar! Can’t believe you run a business like that. I wish I could give negative star rating.

The experience I had buying glasses from Perceptions Eyewear is different and far superior to any other optician I have ever worked with. I filled out a questionnaire that assessed what styles of glasses fit my personality and then Wendy came to my home (she'll come to your office too!) with a staggering selection of frames. I was overwhelmed. But she quickly picked through and found several that fit my face and my personality perfectly. Her attention to every detail of fitting my glasses made sure that they fit perfectly the first time...oh...and I loved them so much I couldn't pick one pair...I bought two!!!

Guys... I had a worst experience here. Forgot about good service, they are not even polite. When I visited for my sunglasses under my insurance. They submitted the claim without my consent and later said they can’t cancel the claim eventually I have to buy the glasses in their store itself. I’m going to report this incident to my insurance provider also. Try other options. Take care.
