Terrible customer services!

Just got my eye exam here. Very professional and friendly

Changed the lenses on my sunglasses years ago, told them I wanted it dark black. Came back tinted purple, by the time I noticed and complained they couldn’t do anything about it. Thanks for getting it wrong!🤦🏻‍♂️

FANTASTIC! All the staff at Creditview Optical are truly brilliant! Extremely knowledgeable, really friendly, and always really helpful answering all my many questions. As a family we attend both Dr. Sylvester and Dr. Choksi, who are both fantastic. All the staff on the front desk are always smiling and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. They always acknowledge their returning customers and the shop is a welcoming environment and great to visit with kids. A special shout out to Reuben, he is superb, with his positive attitude, always really friendly and sure knows 'all things glasses'.He is always great for help and advice on what to choose out of a array of frames! Very bad service Customer are just numbers for them No need to book any appointment as doctor cannot make on time. Poor service. Plz don’t go to specific gore/ highway 50 location.

I am totally baffled by the 1* review I would recommend this place to everyone I know. The staff is amazing and caring and helpful. The optomitrist is AMAZING! I have been dreading to go for an eye exam but he made me feel so comfortable and at ease and explained everything so clearly I left with no question and so much more knowledge about the health of my eyes. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

they have always been kind and never pushed or hovered over me like vultures which tends to happen a lot these days at other optometrist. economy i guess. it was kind of weird actually, they worked at zellers before and when zellers closed down i thought i would have to look else where, then this new place opened up and i thought to myself "i'll check it out" ... i step into the store and the lady behind the counter called me by name! it took me off guard as i didn't recognize her at first but i was happy to see them still in business. had to update my prescription this week, not only did the lady recognize me despite not going there for 5-6 years but it was funny to hand in my frames because i bought them when they worked at zellers ... i'm just so picky and haven't found new ones i liked XD going to have to go there more often to see any new stock they get ... my poor old frames are showing there age.

Wide collection of frames and glasses and the service is great. I currently own two pairs of glasses from this store and looking forward to buying more in the future.
