Plenty of designer frames and excellent customer service !

Illusion Eye Wear has been such a great discovery for my family this year. Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered. Susan (owner), Anna and Tamara will stop at nothing to get it absolutely right for the customer. They and Dr Mora have gone out of their way to make my older kids and my little ones feel welcome and unafraid. It has been such a pleasure to entrust our vision to their care, and we only wish we had gone there sooner! They are unbelievably dedicated to their customers, so much so that Susan even skips meals to stay and be there for her customers! And for fellow design lovers out there, the store looks absolutely fabulous in all its modern splendour, right down to the smallest detail. Last but not least, our kids agree that over the last few weeks since we have met them, these lovely ladies treat their clients more like friends than mere customers, even greeting my little ones by name whenever we go to the mall. The kids actually make me park at that entrance each time so we can stop in and say hello! That alone says a lot :)

He was handling my brand new glasses that I had recently bought in London and he drops it and breaks it. He then asks me how much they are worth. The frame was genuinely expensive and the price baffles him so rudely he asks me to stop lying. I still had the receipt which I tried showing him. He wouldn't even look saying that he can also get that piece of paper made. I desperately beg him to relent but he wouldn't and finally said that I have no proof that he broke my glasses. At this point I just walked out of his store.

Had a great experience here. I had an eye exam and then spent a lot of money on glasses. Though I did have to wait a little bit longer than expected for my test, I felt very comfortable and helped the entire time. Bridget who sold me the glasses was very helpful.

Went to the Glen Erin location. There were 2 staff members and no clients so not busy. Wasn't acknowledged and they made no move to get up to assist. Told me in a very brusque manner that appointment is needed to browse!! I had been to both lenscrafters and perle vision before with no issues but had wanted to try to use/earn PC points. Won't ever go back here! Take your business else where ....it may cost more but good customer service is worth it. Would give zero stars but 1 star minimum is required.

The best optician in the GTA! I have never come across a more kind, helpful, sincere and knowledgable optician than Tanveer. This man is honestly so caring! I have never experienced such a high standard of customer care before. He goes completely out of his way to get you the BEST deal when it comes to glasses and contacts. He remembers you which is rare, and you're not just a number to him. I was a first timer here but I will 100% be coming back for all my glasses and lenses here. Absolute BEST optician in the GTA, I wish my words did justice!

If you wear glasses and go elsewhere than you are missing out. This place is FANTASTIC!!!! The service that Manish provides to his customers is second to none. He is friendly and very engaging with everyone who comes into his store. He is always so patient with his customers. He will take the time to go over the various frames and styles and make recommendations based on what he feels will suit you. His recommendations have always been spot on. I always get flattering comments from other people regarding my eyewear. I even had another optician who was a customer where I work comment on how much he liked my glasses and when I told him the price he was amazed by the great deal I got. I would give this place a hundred stars if I could. That is how valuable they make me feel as a customer.

Dr. Mary Saad is a highly professional optometrist who was able to recognize and diagnose my son's case and put me on the right track for much needed followup and treatment. His case was overlooked for a long time by other doctors in the field. Regards for Lenzsmith Mississauga for making sure they have the proper advice among their team.

Great service and staff!! Got my eyeglasses done within a matter of 3 days!! Very qiuck service and my eyeglasses were done exactly the way i wanted!! And the pricing is awesome and unbeatable!! Very satisfied from their service and would highly recommend their service for sure!!
