Excellent service!! I got my lenses in very quick time. Staff is really welcoming and address the problem quickly ., I would definitely recommend this shop for specs and lenses.

Nice selection, price and patient

I went in to get my eye exam waited quite a while for my exam which I expected. Got in to see the doctor for him to tell me he couldn't do the exam because my eyes where to dry and u should come back and he would not charge me. Which is great customer service I thought until 2 months down the road I go for an eye exam and they tell me I was charged for one prior. They charged me for an eye exam they didn't do and assured they would not charge me for. This is not acceptable and now I must pay out of my pocket at there fault. They got paid for a service they didn't do.

I have had glasses from major chains before and I never loved them, they never fit properly,,,,,, I went to Optical Trends, and wow! he really fit glasses for me, marvelous and professional service. I sent my son to get him glasses a week later. I will never get glasses anywhere else again. Can't say enough!

Received email from lenscrafter for prescription sunglass lens for $85 amd $125 for polarized. Salesman there said he dont recommend it amd it will be cheap lookong and will deform the frame and will stretch the frame to a flat shape. He didnt show me any sample for that lens amd refused to offer anything relating to that $85 lens email. I have no option but to walk out. I had purchased in past from this location but now never going back.

I just love the experience. People there are so friendly and helpful. Manager was really helpful and helped me a lot. He is so kind and generous. They have a huge variety of glasses and at affordable price. Love the gasses i got. Alex Costa

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars to this place. I have been a regular customer since 4 years now but today was the last day I stepped into this place. I placed an order September 9, till today I have not received the product. After countless follow ups, I was provided a written guarantee to pick up today and still I didn’t receive it. After being frustrated I asked my money to be refunded- I talked to the owner who is most arrogant business person (McLaughlin and Raylawson) location said- Do whatever you can- go to legal route, business bureau or social media, yelled to his customers. I am surprised by such conduct from business people. Please avoid going here as there are many opticians who respect their customers and value their time.

I was extremely pleased with the knowledgeable & courteous staff. Best customer service I’ve had in Markham in a very long time. Highly recommend!
