Would not want to deal with any other optical. Been dealing with Peter for years. He is very accommodating. If you are looking for value, this is the place! amazing customer service! Wouldnt want anyone else touching my frames!

Plenty of choices for uniqle glasses. My husband and I keep coming back for our own glasses and referred our friends here. Always asked by strangers on the street about where we got our pretty glasses. Friendly and professional service, have high quality lenses and perfect frame adjustment. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional and sketchy. They provided contact lenses without checking the base curve and gave the wrong ones. Will never go back.

A reliable optician with a large variety of frames and lenses. Prices are reasonable and there is less focus on brand names compared to other opticians at First Markham Place. The focus here is functionality meeting trends, not just the latest fad but not the oldest "classics". Quality is great and Josephine will try to help resolve any issues with products by recommending alternatives or adjustments. Josephine will personally offer advice on what products to choose, and patiently listens to every customer's requests. Very busy on the weekends in the afternoon due to popularity, and all service is walk-in, first come first serve basis. Consider taking a stroll around the mall until the store clears up a bit instead of waiting in the store to avoid congestion. Alternatively, weekdays or most days right at opening (noon) are quieter times.

I have been going here for years, almost my whole life. Ingie is the owner and he's the best. He's friendly, helpful, and a great conversationalist.

Decent and stylish frames Good service

I've been going to Patrick for about 10 years and his customer service is great. He always takes the time to help me find great frames.. He also went well beyond my expectations helping me figure out the type of lenses I need based on the work I do. I am writing this because yesterday he fixed some frames I damaged and now they are like new. I'll be back to see him with my family for our new glasses this summer. Support independent businesses with owners who care like Patrick and you will never go wrong.

Awesome place to get glasses at great prices. Wide selection of stylish frames to choose from. Frank is very professional and knowledgeable providing me great service tailored to my needs. I have been wearing glasses my whole life and Frame Barn is the only place where I felt completely satisfied with the service. This will be my go-to-place for all of my future glasses!
