My mother has been a resident at the Colonial for 5 years. She loves it and she considers it “home”.The staff treat her as family and give her the respect and love as if she were their Mom. The residents all look out for each other and enjoy the full schedule of recreational, craft, and exercise activities. Outings and fabulous entertainment round off each full week of activities. I would recommend the Colonial to anyone having to help their parents transition from home to a retirement residence.

My mother was at Thorntonview for 7 years before she passed away and received the best care possible from attentive and caring staff. It is an older layout and not as pretty as some of the newer facilities but the staff are great. I would recommend anyone to consider this facility and an option for their family member.
