My parents have been residents in the Villa for three years. In that time, they have received outstanding and loving care from all the staff. Whenever there has been a need for treatment at the hospital, staff has been quick to respond and notify family of the situation. The facility is beautiful and clean. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes a loved one needing a care facility to find a friendly but professional enviornment. Thank you to all you outstanding employees at the Villa!

My parents Paul and Margaret moved into Seasons retirement home at 1730-10th Avenue South Lethbridge on September 4th. They had been living independently until their mid nineties. Due to some medical issues it was time for them to move into an assisted living facility. This would not come easily for them as they are very private and independent. We started looking for assisted living retirement homes in lethbridge. After many tours through various assisted living facilities in Lethbridge we always came back to Seasons Retirement at 1730 -10th Ave. South. My first contact was with Amanda van Aggelen who is absolutely the best at her job. She made us feel like part of the family and most of all made my parents feel very comfortable while viewing the facility. The staff are the best I have ever seen. They show compassion, caring and warmth for all residents. They actually treat each resident as a person and not a number. They are never to busy to stop and chat along with daily hugs for each resident and visitor. The facility is impeccably clean, which was given the thumbs up by my mother who in her own rights gives everything the white glove test. I can also give the meals and service 5 ***** rating because over my parents move in, and adjustment period I enjoyed multiple meals at the retirement home. I would highly recommend Seasons retirement at 1730 - 10th Ave South for anyone looking for an assisted living community. Physiotherapy first class.

I had a bad experience with them, the staff are also very grouchy. I bought a pair of scrub pants and thought I liked them but then tried them on again when I got home and they were awfully disproportionate on me, having no room in the bottom and therefore falling down when walking and I need functional pants when 90% of my job is walking, bending, squating ect as a health care aide, I tried to take them back the day after and so far it was fine after the staff and I found some better pants to exchange because their store does not give refunds, she all the sudden told me because I wore them for under an hour at home, that she wouldn’t take them back. She told me all of this in a rude manner as I stayed calm and asked what the difference is between trying them on in store and trying them on at home, she wouldn’t discuss this and I walked out. I don’t have a lot of money right now, and I was really in need of some new work pants.

The interview process is a complete disaster. If you want to fill out some 3 page form asking questions on how to do your job, go ahead, but if this company can't give a proper interview process, then how do you expect for them to run a company properly. And don't forget HCA certificate, you should get paid between $18 - $24/hour, and your not getting paid that wage, then they are totally screwing the employee over and seek a job elsewhere.
