My girlfriend is working there and give great sevice to your parents.

I can't fathom why this facility doesn't have 5stars. Exceptional facility

My friends mom has been a resident at Heritage Place for three years. In that time alot of her personal effects have been stolen. There's been times when personal hygiene is also lacking. Approximately January 21st she became ill with intermittent vomiting and fever. They thought it was the flu at the time, this went on for three weeks with the staff just observing. I go to see her on a weekly basis, so I was also observing her. On February 11th I walked into her room and I could hardly wake her up and her skin was orange. I walked out to a CNA and said that she needed to go to the hospital. The CNA replied that great minds think alike and got the unit nurse, who then told me they didn't know what was wrong with her and the Director of Nursing was now handling it and was currently on the phone with the facility's doctor, Dr. Griffith. The unit nurse and I went the DON's office and I told her about my mom's condition. She replied that it could be a side-effect of her Keppra, an anti-seizure medication. I told her that since she gets that daily and her symptoms were intermittent that didn't make sense and I wanted her to go the hospital. The DON then suggested urgent care and wondered if she could get into a wheelchair. The unit nurse said she didn't think she could sit up and I replied I could hardly wake her, let alone get her to sit up and reminded her urgent care closed at noon that day, being a Sunday. She then acquiesced and mom ended up in the emergency room and was diagnosed with a gallstone blocking her bile duct. The removed it and then proceeded to remove her gallbladder. Now I have to ask, what would have happened if I didn't live in the area? She told me later her stomach had been in alot of pain--did no one push on her stomach or feel her abdomen? My mom could barely speak, but the one thing she did tell me before having the stone removed was that she didn't want to return there, and I transferred her to Brendan House.

Exceptional home health care! Physical Therapy worked with me to exceed my providers expectations. I was ahead of where most people fall at the ability to bend my new knee replacement at 2 1/2 weeks of therapy. Both PT and my Home Health Nurse exceeded in care and Compassion. My mother had a knee replacement before me and I was able to see the care from another home health business and compare them to Kindred at Home. My mother even stated that she did not receive the care that I had received as PT didn’t work the exercises with her like Kindred at Home did with me. They mainly just wanted measurements, whereas Kindred worked with me every step of the way at every visit to achieve better mobility with hands on care. As a retired nurse, I can say that Kindred at Home is exceptional in their care, Compassion and patience. I would absolutely request their care again if the event arises, and I would confidently refer my family and friends to Kindred in the event they needed home health. My PT was Chris, and my RN was Timothy. Thank you!!.

Partners is the best health provider in Missoula. Their staff care, provide quick service, and do their utmost to bring excellent customer service. Thanks, Partners for all you do.

This place is only about the money for their residents, I went there to take care of putting my mom in hospice, I did not want her in this place, i wanted her in hospice house, i have never been treated so bad for being a family member. Dana the park place social worker is rude and claims to be a minister but what a hippocrit, she interfered in every way, she over stepped her job description, my mom told me to take certain things out of her room because to many items get stolen there. Dana a total @#$% called the police on me for elder abuse and the only abuse is park place, of course the police did not pursue anything. Dana had the nurses spying on me and my mom as well as others. the nurses then became rude and sarcastic, I was attacked on there facility in the snow by a man wearing a black cowboy hat. I would never recommend this place. I am now pursueing a lawyer to sue them. Be carefull about your family's belongings because dana wants to keep the items for themselves. Do not put your loved ones in this place!!!!!!. the rooms at park place look nothing like that picture.
