My Aunt has been here for almost two years. The staff are the most caring people. The only negative thing that my Aunt and her two friends have said to me about this place is they hate the food. I truly understand they can't cater to every ethnic food choices but there are large number of Italian residents at this place that maybe they could add additional meal choices of food they are used to, but this is not my main concern but as my own experience being a caregiver for my elderly Mom she found sandwiches are hard to chew and too dry and sometimes choked on it and she preferred soups or omelets over meat. I have witnessed firsthand a numerous time my Aunt having the same roast beef sandwich for lunch the past six months that she has had to dunk it into her coffee to soften it due to her loose dentures.it was hard for her to chew. I am sure the Italians that are there would prefer a Lentil, Chick peas or chicken soup over Tuna or Beef sandwich for lunch.

Management and staff very friendly and helpful. Facility and surroundings very clean and tidy. Needs a bigger parking lot.

I loved working here for 11 beautiful years - and then it changed - where your opinion was not heard and your values were not listened to. It was all about 'appearances' rather than the underlying issues of support and resolution for each senior's unique needs. I chose to take the 'highway' rather than work where you had no voice and were set up to fail for lack of professional inclusion and communication.

Hi All, Hope all is well. will make my story short, tonight I had conversation with Katelyn (nurse manager for team 6 pager). I don't know why this agency is in the home nursing business it should be in morgue business the reason is this agency think the patient don't have life and have to sit at home till the nurse go and visit them if she feel it. She said the nurses should call patients one day ahead prior the visit, but if the nurse has a day off she or he will not call the patients for next day visit. Even she said indirectly if you need nursing help and assistant go to the hospital near by. The bottom line is all of us should unite for our rights and see local MP to stop this kind of agencies to waist tax payers money. Thank You

Lazy company, lazy management, failed company..not sure why anybody would want their family to be cared by anybody who is linked to Saint Elizabeth..such a terrible company and horrible PSW and nurses in general. Avoid this place !!!!
