Rooms were nice, staff was very accommodating, the pool was well maintained, and the provided breakfast (although the typical simple type for a hotel) was quite satisfying. The beds were exquisite.

Reasonable rates, and they gave me a free upgrade to a full suite which was enormous! Included a hot breakfast, pretty good.

Great room! Beds were very inviting and restful after a long day on the road. Continental breakfast was quite satisfying. Lots of choices.

A pretty barebones motel with a rattling air conditioner that was 80db, stucco walls, humid and dark room with an 80s style coverlet. The included breakfast had a surprising amount of options, but it was pretty bad quality with styrofoam plates, styrofoam-like scrambled eggs, and the waffle iron looked very beaten up. There were no gluten free options. The only thing why we stayed there was because of the price. It was $89 for two doubles with an extra $10 for our dog. The staff were welcoming, and the toiletries were extensive, as well as the towels. The refrigerator was actually the best we tried on our road trip. The room was also small and dark, but clean. Overall this is a good economy choice, but if you have the choice of staying in the motel 6, even for $20, then I would go with that.

Very clean, and comfy beds. Not much to the rooms though. I would say it's good for a place to sleep, not so much for a cozy place to stay for a while.

The bed was very comfy! No coffee maker, no breakfast. Chair and bathroom door could have been cleaner but the price was great! The room was great for the low price!

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a discount - either for being a trucker, or for being old - not sure which; I can confirm, though, that they have an old trucker's discount. They let me keep my luggage in my room when I went to pick up my truck which wasn't ready, and let the luggage stay in the room until I came back to pick it up, which was four or five hours after checkout and they didn't charge me any extra. And they were still friendly! The room was very clean and the bed was very nice, they had lots of towels and the hot water was actually hot all the time. They also gave me a free breakfast for Smittys and it was for an actual meal, not a stale muffin with coffee.

We like the idea of paying for the exact amount of the room, no damage deposit etc. Love this hotel and will be booking there as much as i can... Owsome place to visit.. Go for it....

The central location is very convenient, close to many good restaurants. A minor room problem on check-in was quickly resolved. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a hot-plate of scrambled eggs and sausage.

Stayed in this hotel twice. Good location. They host a comedy shows inside the hotels most saturdays. I strongly recommend that! Nice pool, hot tub and workout area as well.

Good rooms for the price, Good breakfast - please try their waffles! I recommend. Good house keeping staff which to me is an indicator of a better management. I recommend this place if your goal is to visit downtown locations or key attractions (Science Center, Casino, Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Government House, RCMP etc). They are all near by. I enjoyed their small rec room. Clean with great TV to burn some extra calories. But I missed swimming pool (perhaps not many guest use them) and free parking ( has to pay $12/day). But the discounts in room rent covered for parking.

As someone who isn't crazy about hotels in the downtown core of any major city, I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Regina. I thought it might be a little "sketchy" having stayed in other downtown hotels in Vancouver & Calgary (to be fair it was 1980, the oil & gas industry was booming and I had a room right next door to some "gentlemen" who were in town for some O & G Show so it wasn't like they were 'sketchy' but more of party types). The staff were excellent and I had no trouble at all with the parking. I will definitely go back.

Asked for extra towels-got to room 4 towels already-appreciated. Clean tidy. Like the shower. Bkfast provided-like that. No problem finding parking spot. Courteous staff.

Quiet building without much extra noise. No pools and such. Well done renovation all throughout as this hotel has been here for 40 years your never know it. Good parking with access to elevator.
