This is an amazing Jewelry Store! Very Professional individuals and very polite. They have a very wide range of 22K gold jewelry. I was looking for something very specific which they did not have and instead they custom made my item in a very short amount of time. I couldn't be happier! My dad got me a 22k chain and the little latch spring broke so I'm gonna take it in tomorrow for my self and see how they assist me I'm guessing they are very pleasant people

Incredible service. I brought promise ring in to get sized, I explained the urgency of the ring and that I needed it done in one day. The person working called the owner and they sized my ring in one day ! Amazing service! Well done. It's so nice to see that great costumer service still exists.

The Simi Valley Zales location has VERY rude employees. They are more concerned with signing you up with a plan than helping you look and choose a ring. As soon as they learned we weren't planning on buying the same night, they took the ring from me and shooed us out. The manager also stated that my boyfriend wasn't serious about me if he wasn't willing to buy the same day. The whole point to engagement ring shopping is to browse around, try on a few different styles, go home and sleep on it and then make a decision. It's a lot of money we're talking about and a ring that we'll wear and see for the rest of our lives. I don't recommend this location. It's worth the drive to go somewhere else.

I am so grateful for the excellent and affordable service I get at Heart of Gold. Randy takes the time to educate me about the gemstones I own. He advises me regarding future purchases and does a fantastic job with all of my repair work. He is now my "go to" jeweler. Now my rings all fit properly and are a pleasure to wear. I received bad advice from another store and actually paid to size rings that didn't fit me properly. I'm glad I tried Heart of Gold.

I would never go anywhere else with my diamonds. Love her work and and unique jewelry.

Had shank replaced on dIamond ring I had gifted to my granddaughter. They did a great job and in a timely manner. Very pleased.

They have some amazing jewellery in there. Jen, the owner, makes it all herself. I like that it 's all so wearable, she takes time to make sure all the edges are smooth. While we were there a customer came in to pick up a custom necklace she had made for her, it looked great on her. She had some nice silver items with beautifully colored semi-precious stones in them, they weren't expensive either. And there was one I just had to have.
