Gaumer's is always a great place for gifts. Especially Christmas gifts. The ladies are very helpful and friendly. They even gift wrap. I highly recommend this shop.

Took my cross in for repairs. Excellent customer service. The staff brings hot tea that is very good. There are custom pieces available for purchase. I am so very happy with the repairs. I would recommend Sharifs Jewelry for new purchases & repairs!

Excellent customer service. Jordan definitely exceeded any expectations I had from the jewelry industry. Even though I came in seeking to place a relatively small order, my fiancée and I were cared for every step of the way. From making sure the order was just what we wanted to fine tuning what was essentially a custom finish. It's customer service like this that makes you feel confident in your purchase, and eager to return again.

Unattentive staff...only asked if I needed help after I was already being helped.

I like their jewelry a lot. However, I don't understand why they have the same inventory most times throughout the year and why the prices on these same pieces keep climbing.

I went here to search for a dress for my senior pictures. Not only did they have a lovely arrange of clothes and jewelry, all of the employees were so friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend checking this place out!

This was probably the worst experience in a public place I've ever had, It doesn't even deserve a star! I went in to get my ears pierce for the first time after long overdue, since we thought they had pretty decent prices. I had originally gone in a few minutes earlier with a friend to ask for prices and to see who was required to be present for the piercings, we came back with my family. They first pushed us over and over to go for a more expensive option of piercings, after refusing we went to pay before the piercing took place ( a total of $18). After a few thousand questions they found out I was with my adopted mom and my biological mom, who they didn't believe it was really her (what, I dont carry around my adoption records!!) . After the lady gave us some pretty unbelievable attitude she left to 'speak with her management' before coming back and telling us we couldn't purchase the piercings. I was shocked, I understand the right to refuse service but I don't think its okay to not allow a LEGAL guardian to pay for piercings. All n all this place SUCKS, I do not recommend anyone (especially those who are adopted) to go there!

I just tried to contact this store with a few questions I had for an ear piercing for my 7 year old. The phone rang many times. Someone finally pick up and just said "can you call back?" I said "hello?" because I was confused as to whether this was a business or if I had dialed the wrong number because of they manner in which they answered the phone. The girl repeated "can you call back?" Still confused on whether I called the right number or not I was silent for a second and just said " uh, okay?" and then she said "okay, bye" and then hung up! Wow, impeccable customer service. That is not the way a business phone should be answered. State the name of the company at the very least. Wow.

Any business could learn a lesson from this business. Every person working there treats you like family- And what sets them apart is that they mean it. They really really try to take care of you. If they don't have what you want, they can find it. If what you want doesn't exist yet, they can make it. If you think you don't have enough money, tell them that. Some how, they always work it out. Sandy and Leo are just the best. I don't go anywhere else.
