We went into Yates jewlers to have a diamond replaced in a ring and after seeing how beautiful their rings were, had one custom made. When we picked up the ring when it was finished it was much more beautiful than we imagined. Ron did an EXCELLENT job. Well exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Yates Jewelers, professional, and friendly down to the coffee and warm cookies they have for their customers.

Good place to go if you're a silversmith in a pinch

First time at this location. I recently got my eyebrow pierced and lost the ball to my jewelry. The lady that was there was VERY helpful. She helped me fix my piercing, because I was very nervous.

Their selection here is almost insane. So much to choose from! The ladies have always been relatively helpful and sweet. I really like this location. Come back time and time again!

I was extremely impressed by Robert, his shop, and his work. This is not a jewelry store - he does repairs and designs/makes pieces from scratch. Service was very friendly and he really does make an effort to meet pricing needs, time constraints, etc. My girlfriend - now fiancée - was floored with the vintage ring that Robert worked on for me. He refinished the gold (difference was amazing) and upgraded us to a diamond so well cut that it shoots out starbursts through the car windshield. Blinds drivers at high noon - beautiful stone! As long as his shop is in town he'll be our go-to jeweler from now on.
