If you do not know the Brighton brand, then yes you will have sticker shock here. However, this is standard Brighton pricing....give them a break....know your brand before shopping! This is a nice sized store with a good selection!

I purchased over $1200 in merchandise from them. I’ve called their corporate office and left messages for their customer service person and for the higher up person since the customer service person has never responded to my emails and not responded to their customer service “fill out this form” on their website. Both of the expensive items broke. The ring after wearing it twice and the earrings after the first time I wore them. I’ve tried many times to resolve this. The salesperson from Erwin Pearl assured me the items were under warranty. I’d highly recommend not purchasing any of their products. I can buy much better quality from Nordstrom or Swarovski for much less and it doesn’t break! Gave them a chance to fix my purchases. Purchased this past November and have been trying to resolve since late November! So much for their lack of taking care of a customer. It’s poor quality and there’s no recourse to getting items replaced or repaired.

Really have to leave some praise for the staff at Ben Bridge @ The Oaks. I called in to do some due diligence on my end as a buyer that was working with purchasing a high end timepiece from one of their customers. I didn't want to get duped into purchasing something that wasn't real. Being that this watch was purchased from them pre 2001, they didn't have the information readily available but they still took the time to look at the receipt to see if anything was out of place. Chantelle even took the time to go over my budget and what exactly I was looking for to see if they had it in stock. Most shops would turn me away if I wasn't going to buy from their inventory and not even make any effort. Chantelle and Armando took time to answer my questions and provide the best information that they could even though I wasn't buying a watch through them today. That kind of service will definitely earn my business in the future. Thank you Ben Bridge at The Oaks!

Kind of disappointed with the selection. Mostly colored beads and very few novelty charms. Nothing for an anniversary.

I was at the Oaks Mall today and heard one of your employees go off at the kids in the play area across from you. The employee was so rude and even called security because the kids were to loud. After watching her harass the family my husband and I (parents of five and frequent Kay jeweler shoppers) decided to buy my new diamond wedding ring from another jewelry store. We will not be returning.

A family owned jewelry store, this place offers a much better shopping experience than any big national retailer like Zales or Kay's. There's a large variety, especially for Bridal Rings and Sets. My ring, my sister's, and my sister in law's all come from here - my mother in law has jewelry from here too! We love Ciccarelli's and even though we live 3000 miles away, it's our jewelry store of choice!

When we first purchased our ring in 2017, we loved this place because the people were so helpful and kind. Last two times I've been in there the women are just rude. They are on their phones or playing with their hair and act like they are put out to help you. I'm really disappointed in how fast the customer service here went down hill.
