Only two employees working that were visible, both of whom were loud and Brash speaking, almost at a yelling volume to each other while helping other customers. We waited for 5-10 minutes and where ignored the entire time. We left & wont return.

It hurt but once they p UT the cleaning stuff on it felt like my normal ears.?

Alicia is great! We had left Zales looking for a specific ring, just didnt care for the service at Zales, so we walked through the mall. Daniel's had the same ring. It was also $169 dollars cheaper! Customer service is outstanding!

When there twice this week and had very poor service. I'll rather go and buy my pandora from Rogers jewelry store.

The two ladies that pierced my 4 year old daughter's ears were fast and very nice. She had everything explained and then they did both ears at once. She did not cry and felt very comfortable.

Had a wonderful experience here. Ask for the manager Dawn Robinson. She is very knowledgeable, and very professional. Friendly staff. You get what you pay for. No mark ups here. I will definitely come here for future business.

Really great store, with surprisingly helpful staff. I needed a specific size ring on extremely short notice, due to my own tardiness, and they went above and beyond getting it there and ready with time to spare. Todd was really great and took the time to help my wife and I, and I appreciate the fact that he never tried to push an upsell or steer us away from what we were looking for. He checked up on us after the fact and made sure the ring was being delivered even though he wasn't even working the store that day.

I love this place!!! Great and friendly customer service. My husband bought me 2 pairs diamond earrings and it was super easy to get credit and the earrings are absolutely beautiful. My husband also bought me a new wedding ring for my 50th birthday!! The owner is amazing and super awesome!!!

I was purchase a Diamond Ring to my wife last year with no interesting payment. But one years later, Fred Meyer Charge me $1018 addition fee of not pay the full amount in one year. It sound like the Fred Meyer Jewelers department cheat on me. When I purchase the Ring, No one was mention to me that you have to pay the full amount in one year. After that was a large penalty fee. Anyone who purchase Jewelers from Fred Meyer, need to be careful on it.
