I had several reservations and appointments after viewing the SF Diamond Exchange, however, I canceled those appointments because of meeting Sandra and her attentiveness. I came into the oakridge location about a month ago. Looking for a push gift for my wife. I was instantly greeted by the store manager Fahad. This guy is an absolute charector, but he is very well informed about everything in his store. He helped me pick out a tennis bracelet and wedding band. Very funny guy with a cool green suit. The customer service was absolutely amazing and the price was great ( I had shopped around before I came in). I definitely will be coming back in here.

I have been customer here for about 20 years. Deja and every member of her staff are the highest in integrity, professionalism and honesty. Hey sll are extremely knowledgeable in their craft and very patient and trying to assist you and customize your needs and balance them with your budget. The value and creativity of their precious and semi-precious stones and products are unmatched, in my opinion. You will be dealt with honestly, in a friendly manner and with respect to your budget. They will not try to oversell something. They are great people and a great store!
