Went in today to have my ring cleaned. Not only was the service incredible, the jeweler was so professional, kind, and helpful to me. I will Be back for anything I need in the future!!!

I visited a number of jewelers before I found Nathan Alan Jewelers in Newport Beach, CA. I was looking to replace a designer wedding band I had worn for years but unfortunately had lost. The staff found a close match in their catalog of designs (which others had not been able to do) and indicated they could make the platinum and 18kt yellow gold “braided” style ring in a few weeks. Michael and others exceeded my expectations for both quality and custom met service—and I’m completely satisfied with my whole experience with Nathan Alan. My ring was completed ahead of schedule and shipped to me overnight. The staff even called to make sure I had received the ring okay, and it had met my expectations. I am delighted with the ring—which actually looks and feels better than the original. Thank you all so much! FJH

I asked the manager, whom I’m upset that I forgot his name (he’s a husky guy with beard and glasses), to wipe a bracelet I was buying before putting it in the box since it was in the display case being the last one they had. He remarked he would do it even though it was brand new. After I paid, he said he had to go to the back to find a cloth taking the bracelet with him. The professional thing to do would be to bring the cloth to where I was at the counter and wipe the bracelet and then use that cloth to place the bracelet into the box. Well, he came back with the bracelet in his paws as if I was stupid in thinking he actually wiped the bracelet. He placed the bracelet into the box putting fingerprints back all over the thing without even trying. Piss poor customer service especially on Valentine’s Day !!!!!

I had my custom piece done at the age of 55. It is my one special piece I will have in his life time. I took pieces of jewelry I had gotten over the years from my mother and he turned those pieces into a one of a kind bracelet. Danny is the best.......he has always been wonderful to work with as a jeweler and "person". Thank you again, Danny......I love my jewelry!!!! God bless
