Best prices, happy and positive environment, and the best service. Absolutely phenomenal experience! The owner, Isaac, goes above and beyond for his clients. To make sure that he does not lose a client he will personally reach out take the time to give his clients VIP treatment. During my first experience, though the prices were extremely fair, the customer service wasn't what I had hoped. Isaac personally proved that Gold and Jewelry Emporium values each and every client during my visit today. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and took the time to educate me on what to look for in jewelry items as aposed to many gold buyers/pawn shops that make you feel ignorant when you ask them a question about items you want appraised. He is sure to give you the best price possible on items for you to buy and to sell. And if he cannot offer you what you hoped, he has great advice and may possibly know who can help you better. Out of the many items he purchased from me, 3 had already been appraised by other gold buying stores. A jewelry store completely low-balled the current scrap gold melting price and a pawn/gold buying shop was both rude and cheap. So I was extremely impressed with not only the customer service at Gold and Jewelry Emporium, but also how fair they are with their offers. Isaac had also stated that he is always willing to negotiate aswell! I did not feel a negotiation was necessary, however. His enthusiasm for gold and jewelry is contagious and his genuinely kind and cheerful personality is refreshing. I am beyond pleased with today's visit and will definitely recommend Gold and Jewelry Emporium to anyone who wants to sell jewelry, buy jewelry, or have items appraised.

Greg was amazing. When my husband and I were picking out our wedding bands, he was thorough, honest, and definitely offered the most reasonable prices we came across. Their service was also great. Our wedding bands came out beautifully and we will definitely be back for other pieces in the future!

I went here and spoke to a man named Archy. He was supposed to have my watch sent to Movado to be fixed. He failed to tell me it would take three months for them to replace a battery and a clasp on the watch. I moved to Texas and offered to send him a check once the watch returns from Movado after being fixed. I've been waiting for well over 3-4 weeks and still no phone call. Poor customer service from a manager. Disappointing a manager would fail to fallow up with a client. I hope he gets back to me soon.

I purchased a Sterling silver ring from them a couple weeks ago and I love it. The ladies there are Very friendly and patient, even though I only spent $20, they made me feel welcome. They took the time to explain and I felt like my business was truly appreciated. I'd rather support local business, so when these ladies are helpful and informative it ensures I will return for anything else I need. I gave these lovely ladies a call to inquire about having some work done to my grandmother's ring (resizing/tightening of a stone), they were friendly and walked me through what the average time frames and prices would be. I had called another jewelry store prior and the gentleman on the phone was abrupt. I understand that I am asking vague questions, being that they're not looking at the ring, but I was still expecting an estimated range and for him to be friendly. These Ladies were all that and more, they will Definitely be seeing me soon to complete this work.

Went to find a birthday gift for my daughter. First time in the store, everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Their items were lovely. Very creative. I will definitely be back!

Very nice Owner

I brought a brand new watch, in box, to be sized and I was helped by the "manager" and a regular employee. I told them I didn't have to have them help me but they pushed me to use their service. They took my watch into the "back" just where i couldn't see and hammered it multiple times. We went through this for a while and they played with it until it fit me finally, decently. Still not 100% on their "perfect fit". During the process the "manager" said if we resize it too much it'll scratch the face. Afterwards I noticed scratches on the lock, luckily not the face, and went back but they told me it wasn't them, and did nothing. I know watch resizing shouldn't result in damage. It can be done without real hammering even. I was very disappointed.
