I was in the lookout for a new band and happened in to Deerwood Jewelers a couple weeks ago. I had read the reviews and had a bad experience with another reputable company in Jax so I was nervous. Deerwood Jewelers did not disappoint. I felt they took the time to explain all of my options and I chose the most gorgeous eternity band. My husband had been out of the country and when he returned he suggested I take my diamond from my engagement ring and match it to the new band. I'm on my way over to pick it up and couldn't be more excited. This father son team are top notch and I would recommend them to all my friends.

Decent customer service. They did a good job on fixing my bracelet but never answer phone and sometimes you can get help in store. I asked to see some earrings and employee never brought them out for me to see. Not horrible price. I’m huge on customer service, especially with something valuable so I won’t be back. I have them 3 stars because they did a good job for a decent price but not happy overall

I will never purchase another product from a company that does not honor its warranty. The Crown on my BR 02-94 Rose Gold came off. I disagree that there was any impact. Or if there was any it was minor and should not have damaged a watch such as this. As it is less than 1 year old I sent it in for warranty in Calgary. I was told it was not covered. I am extremely unhappy with Bell and Ross.
A true company stands by its warranty. I submit Bell & Ross is not.
