These lovely side-by-side stores, (Blue Lotus and Beads), are truly a reflection of Santa Barbara's uniqueness, artistic talent, and charming boutiques. Every time I stop by Blue Lotus I am amazed at the wonderful choice of jewelry, clothing, sweaters and other goodies. It is hard to make a choice! I just purchased another wonderful light weight summer wrap "sweater". Every time I wear it, I get compliments. I have purchased jewels, tea and chocolate as gifts, for myself as well as others. The Nelson family is so talented, helpful and customer friendly, I feel like I am visiting family when I stop by the store. Put this store on your list...it will become one of your favorites!

I had a custom ring designed for my 30th birthday and I couldn't be happier with the results! Tuan's work is absolutely stunning! I make a point of stopping by whenever I'm in town and he's always happy to clean my ring and check the setting for me. I highly recommend him.

I recently visited this store and had a wonderful experience. They were so nice and helpful to me and my daughter. I really appreciated how they asked me first before offering cookies to my daughter! They were so patient with me as I tried on so many different necklaces!! I couldn't decide because everything is so nice. I really liked how their collections can be mixed together and still look like they were designed to go together. I was able to pair up a very nice heart-shaped necklace with a pair of earrings from another collection. I highly recommend this store not only for personal shopping but also if you need a gift for someone. There were several items for me to choose to get a gift for my friend's birthday coming up!!!

Bella Rosa is an amazing jewelry store with an nice selection of modern jewelry as well as some more eclectic items that I really enjoy. Have had a great experience every time I visit!

Friends just had a TERRIBLE experience in this place! Not only do they conduct themselves in the most unprofessional way possible, she was also misinformed about shipping time, did NOT approve the charge to her card and refused the refund that she asked for! The "manager" (probably did his share of "dirty" favors to get that title) happened to be the one to help her. What a dreadful experience! The mall has other options to buy jewelry... don't shop at this one!

A little upset. I dropped off my Neil lane pear shaped wedding ring to replace a diamond. Two weeks. Get a call that it was ready. Go to pick it up and it's missing the same diamond and now another one. Didn't notice so have to go back to get it repaired again which means another two weeks. I was so excited to get it back I didn't notice it was still missing or I could have left it with them. Disappointed.
