I got my first ear piercings then when i was young and i messed it up so bad that when i got my second piercings i was unable to wear both earrings in one ear.

They pierced my ears so uneven that i was unable to were earrings in both my piercings (I have 2 piercings in each ear)

My husband and I are in the market for basic wedding bands, and having good experiences in the past with Helzberg, we stopped by. I was easy and quickly found a gold band I liked but my husband took a bit longer to find something he liked. The woman helping us was very nice and patient and we eventually found one for him. Upon check out, we were told the ring he wanted they no longer carried. No big deal, we looked again to find a second option and settled for something a little more plain. Upon check out, we were told the issue was that they no longer work with the supplier of BOTH of the rings. Not willing to settle a third time, we walked out. Had they kept their display up to date, all of this could have been avoided. Instead, we both had to experience initial excitement followed by frustration and disappointment. What a waste of time.

Looking at jewelry. When I told the salesperson that I would think about it. She walked away. No “thank you” “see you later”. Nothing. Just walked away.

The workers were very caring and informative. They recommended 14kt gold for our daughters piercing and it healed perfectly!

I really like this store. The service is usually great. Today I went and the cashier and another guy where chatting away about movies like Legally Blonde. Then I stood at the counter for awhile. The cashier was nice but the guy was rude. He gave me dirty looks because I was checking out. When I left he acted all nice again. He was interesting. Other than that, great store.

Josephine and Christina were both very helpful when I was in a very tough spot. Both of them were great. Although I bought her engagement ring out of town I’ll be back for her band to Jared’s simply because of those two.
