This is a very nice spacious Anthropologie although I can't imagine how they can afford their air conditioning bill with the doors propped open all day in summer.

I love Francesca’s I always go there to find cute sweaters and I am so lucky that it is 0.3 miles away

Very Professional and friendly staff. Went there couple of times and bought a Gold Bracelet and diamond ring. They have latest designs and variety at very good prices.

Great people and great selection. Purchased an engagement ring from them. I did my research and check apples apples diamonds from the jewelry exchange to jewelry mart in SF and Barons was able to compete while still providing the long lasting customer service you would expect from this type of purchase. As fot the band, they had a great selection as well and even better prices. Their bands also didnt look cheap like a lot of other places i checked with. They are straight shooters and well respected in the bay for a reason.

One of the small diamonds on the side of my ring was lost during resizing. When I picked it up they stayed they had checked and tightened all the settings, now just over a month later one of the larger stones has come out of it's setting. Prior to having the ring resized it had been worn for 10 years with no issue and had been cleaned and checked over once a year. I don't feel comfortable bringing my ring back to this store for the required repairs.

It what girl and teens what it is perfect

Was trying to get something nice and unique for my mother for Christmas, they ignored me for quite a bit after at the least- a welcome in. But after that I was given stares, and then I stop paying attention to them only to feel the "vibe" of not being welcomed. I assumed my radio attached to my hip, maybe my black gloves I entered and took off, or my young and short appearance. I felt discriminated for my Youth and professional attire in nearly all black after work made the dues, but I was going to be a paying customer. Never felt this way before in a jewelry store, even the "Less professional" local jewelers in Downtown Oakland did better at selling me something.

Over priced... nickel and dimers. I’ll pass...very clean place though.

I bought a product from there and I was lied to about it being real. Don't trust these people they'll scam you if they feel they can get you.
