We did ear piercing for our daughter at claires sun valley mall. The executive did good care while marking and shooting the ear ring. It was totally painless and smooth than we thought. They have additional offers, if you want to buy additional ear rings. We bought 4 more silver ear rings for 4$ each, which normally cost 17$ each. I would recommend this store to others.

The owner of these stores is not trustworthy! We put a $1000 deposit down on a $7000 diamond for an engagement ring that they have not provided certification paperwork on after I have asked multiple times to see it! They refused to show us the certificate and they refuse to give us our deposit back. For all I know the diamond could be fake but without paperwork there is no telling! Something is up with this company and all their credibility is out the window! They have completely ruined this experience for us because we have to take them to court!

LP Jewelers is truly a gem in San Ramon. I was tasked with finding a jeweler to custom make an engagement ring from a natural sapphire given to my son by his grandmother. Having absolutely no prior experience and armed with just a few photos of the intricate design, I visited many jewelers in the Bay area to search for someone I could trust to guide me through the process. Paul and Lauryn won me over with their knowledge, patience, honesty and professionalism. There was no sales pressure and their price was one of the best in the entire Bay area. They took less than three weeks to deliver a custom made masterpiece that went beyond all my expectations. Their in house jeweler Tony is extremely talented. I will return to LP Jewelers for all my future needs and I will highly recommend them to all my relatives and friends.

We bought our engagement and wedding ring here as well as some pearl earrings. Gotta say our experience matched the reviews we read before we went there. We are very happy with Bellla Jule and already went back to buy a men's ring and watch. No up-sell here. Just genuine, honest, knowledgeable people. Mike over-nighted sample stones for us to look at and (on his own initiative) showed us a less expensive alternative idea. These guys are the real deal. You won't waste your time or your money by giving them your attention. We wish Mike, Kim and Bella Jule continued success !

I've got to Dublin Jewelers twice. Once a couple years ago for an engraving on a gift. It came back absolutely amazing and the recipient loved it! The second time was a week ago to repair a twenty year old chain my late mother gave me for my communion. Both times I encounter Pam and the fact that she remembered me with years between was such a great impression. I finally met a few of the other staff members when I went to pick up my chain. A gentleman and I had a great conversation while a lovely woman looked for my chain. It looked perfect when it was located and the woman even helped me put it on. Thank you so much for your help!

Came in to have a band changed and the case polished on my Tag Heuer. Dave was extremely helpful in servicing the watch, the price was great and they made it look brand new. While waiting I talked to Joe about their new Tag’s and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and wasn’t the least bit pushy. I’d definitely buy my next piece here.

Great place for my daughter to find gifts for friends

Yesterday I went to the mall with my wife and my 2 month old daughter trying to find a place to piers her ears. We didn’t want to go to claire’s because everyone I know had gotten the ears infected and I didn’t want that for my daughter.After several tries we found this place. I can say I was impressed the store manager was great and she made me and my wife feel a bit more calm since we where a bit afraid of piercing our daughter ears. I highly recommend this place the store manager was on point with helping us out I can say great service.😁👍 💯

These people are the kind you trust with your family heirlooms. I have a ring I needed to be resized and it is a serious antique. I was very nervous about it being done right, but when I saw all the amazing reviews of Sam''s here on G+, I decided to take the leap. They were professional every step of the way and the finished product is perfect.
