Great service and great people. I had some rings repurposed into a necklace and got help with the design. It turned out really great and I couldn't be happier.

Sometimes I find things for cheap at this location that may have been discontinued online.

The worst customer service I have ever received. They sold my husband and son a broken bracelet. When I took it back I was promised to receive a call about a new on in 2 weeks because they would have to get one sent from another store. Well here we are 6 weeks out and no call. I call at 3 weeks and they stated they could not locate one. I took the time and found one in the San Francisco location. I called and spoke to the Asst Manager and she said she would order it and here it has been 3 weeks and no phone call. I would never go back...

There is a certain kind of magic in coming to Napa Valley jewlers, our family has been treated like family over the many years and many amazing pieces we have bought and treasured. Also the community involvement with "If Given a Chance " scholarship program that has helped so many, including a family member who is now a successful Chef in the valley.
