Did a horrible job on my daughter's Christmas present. We got to the mall at 1130 am and the store was not open so we called the number posted and they came in.
I paid for my daughter's ring and had to have it sized we were asked to give him an hour to have it done and were told he would do a great Job. We where gone more than an hour and came back to him on his computer he had not even started on my daughter's ring and did a rush job.
Well today I was looking at it and it is already breaking .
We will never shop there again

Bought my first and only watch there since I love this watch so much. Selection is good, quality is there, brands go from lower end to higher end. Staff is patient and helpful, the watchmaker(s) are incredible. Hard to find people still in this trade with this level of experience and attention to detail. Impressed.
