Great service. I shopped around for a diamond at several places. I felt the guys at emerald city had the best prices, variety and went out of their way to get the stone I wanted. They actually contacted a larger wholesaler and had several stones for me to choose from. I was picky and they were able to.accommodate. They had a large selection of pre owned jewelry as well if thats what youre looking for.

Everyone is nice here and attentive. You can also get some really good deals.

When I didn’t have my paper work for an inspection they always found me they always offer to check any other jewelry I might have on at that time for no charge and cleaning. Even if other jewelry is not from their store. Great service,great store!

Unbelievable experience! I have been searching for a quality Watch Repair professional for months, and decided to Google local watchsmiths. By chance, I decided to stop by here and presented Nick, the Master Watchsmith there with my frozen automatic IWC. Within seconds of inspecting the watch, he knew exactly what was wrong and accepted it for repairs. And within a Day, he had my watch working and running again, and even inspected it further than I originally asked for to make sure everything was Lubed and Tight. I admit, I was hesitant, but this was an experience that made me happy to bring back my watch from Paperweight status. I highly recommend them, and would be back to his care with eyes closed!
