My husband recommended Zaki after he sized down his wedding band (due to healthy weight loss). Zaki resized my engagement ring and 3 heirloom rings to accommodate my pre-arthritic knuckles. His prices are reasonable, turnaround time is quick and communication is clear and timely. Zaki's work is clean--no visible seams. I'm thrilled to once again be able to wear my beautiful rings! NOTE: Zaki only takes cash and checks.

This is not a shop as such but rather an outlet in a department store. I wanted to talk to them about the Tag Heuer android watches unfortunately the member of staff I was able to speak to did not know much about them and so the visit want very useful. They did have a good range of standard Tag watches if that's what you're looking for but anything more special and you might be better to find a large shop. The department store itself (Macys) was well laid out and very convenient for Union Square.

Fab designer and easy to work with! We wanted custom rings for our wedding and Sharon made it happen. Her knowledge of materials and creating a lasting look made us feel confident in our decision. Loved the process and loved the final rings, more importantly!

Robin is an artist and a gentleman. My first encounter was a tiny assistance with a chain for a pendant for my daughter and he was amazingly accommodating. Since then I have purchased a number of his uniquely creative pieces and I could not recommend him highly enough!

The one star is for the horrible customer service. My wife loves the product. I stopped by around 2:45 pm Dec 21 2017. I wasn't even greeted with a hello. Security gard chatting with someone not paying attention at all! The lady behind the register did not offer help at all! I had to come to the one on Westfield mall for good service! Unacceptable.

My boyfriend bought me a cute necklace for our one year from here and the chain had broken in a few places (after I fixed it myself) so finally I brought it in to have the chain repaired professionally. I came in the first time to pick up my necklace after it had been "fixed" and put it on and it broke in the process (in the same spot that was supposedly fixed). The lady working there was nice enough to send it back. I came back ~2 weeks later (4 weeks total) when I got I notification that my necklace was ready for pick up. When I got there I was informed that in fact my necklace was not fixed and they had to send it back because it was missed. I came back again ~2 weeks later to pick up my necklace (6 weeks total now). It was there this time! I paid my ~$41 put the necklace on and was happy just to have it back finally. When I got home and took the necklace off it broke in a place that was "fixed". I will not be shopping at Kay again and will never have anything fixed there ever again. Worst experience I have had in a long time.

Very good customer service, even near the end of the day. Prices seemed a bit higher than other pandora stores, but probably due to the location. It's the only pandora close by for tourists, so it's the best place to go if you're from out of town.

I felt very taken care of in the store, and will definitely be going back! Thank you for the great service and great value...

The jewlery is super spunky and the makeup is really fun but the prices are a little high.
