Not only did I buy a beautiful piece of jewelery but the after service was even better They replaced a piece of jewelery that they were not even responsible for. I highly recommended this store they have beautiful quality jewelery and they stand behind there products .

My husband and I have been a client of Malsons, previously Barrington Jewelers, for over 17 years. Every piece of jewelry we own was purchased from this elite family oriented establishment, i.e. designer watches, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, engagement ring/wedding bands (including 3 upgrades, long story) to our children's jewelry. We have never been disappointed because everyone at Malson's always aims to please. Customer satisfaction is a guaranteed!

First the lady working was over worked busy but she was handeling everything..we waited 1&half hour for our ears pierced coz she checked us out..then checked out 2,3 customers and we waited then after 1&half hour i got ears pierced..she was doing eveything ..i coudent ask her to show me jewellery..she was that busy...i got ears pierced and couldnt wait more. The beard young black guy with a lit of rings working there took only 1 customer and i asked him for somthing he seems not interested in talking..saying..(i dont have it..this item..rolled his eyez and showed me his back )) and started wasting time checking his employee hours ..which i can see on the computer screen.. Plz hire compitent staff not like him.. if he like anyone he will smile and talk and if he dont he will roll eyes and walk away....

It's amazing. They have sales 24/7. I love it so many things that you would love.

I took my heirloom engagement ring to Littman Jewelers to be re-sized (from a 6 to a 7). They did a beautiful job! I can not even tell where they did work to increase the size! When the time comes to re-size our wedding bands we certainly will be using Littman Jewelers!

Great Experience! What I loved about this store isthat there was one person who helped me from start to finish without jumping to help 7 other people in between.

Amazing jewelry store. I don't know about New York store, but Golden Flamingo in Toronto left a very pleasant impression. Great and knowledgeable staff, lots and lots attention to even tiniest detail.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I order 1 to 5 inch tiaras and crowns. The products look amazing, very good quality and fair prices.

Terrible customer service. They can’t even do a simple job of resizing a ring right. Didn’t even write down the ring size or bother to give me a receipt. So of course when I came to pick it up, not only was the ring not resized, they asked for a receipt, which they said I didn’t need in the first place. I do not recommend this place.

great customer service!!! I received my necklaces and hated them, luckily they reached out to me and gave me full refund after they broke when i wore for less than a week! Would recommend.

Honest, efficient, and professional.

Dropped of a $20 watch to get the broken glass replaced, paid $25 for it, no big deal. When I picked it up the glass was very noticably scratched so they took it back to get it re-replaced. Next time the glass was only slightly better but the design inside the watch was almost intentionally scratched. Oh also they charge $10 for battery replacement. Why are you robbing me all I wanted was to get a watch fixed dammit.

Lovely shop full of details and special designs. The Jewelry selection is beautiful
