I would like to give more than 5 stars for skatell's. My experience was nothing but over the top. I went in for a simple appraisal and ended up having them design my first custom ring. as Donna the owner described it as SPECTACULAR, I second that. Donna and to all staff/family Hats off to you and I will be back and refer all my friends to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Xoxox Wendy Richmond

Very impressed with Designer Vastra! They went above and beyond to help me get outfits for my children! Thank you!!! Great eye for design and fashion! Impressed with their collection in stores as well—it is clear that each piece was carefully chosen! Great selection of sarees! Amazing collection of lenghas! I enjoyed meeting with both owners! Very helpful! I will definitely be returning for all future purchases!

Vanessa was amazing!! She's so attentive and personable. Looking forward to working with her for my future husband's ring. :)

Just got my order and so pleased with the quality for the price. Very quick delivery. Online now making another order.

very bad experience, the attention is very bad and more when it is from a manager

I absolutely love all the ladies at this Durham Kendra location! They have never been nothing but nice and helpful to me! I shop at this location often and will continue to shop here! Thank you always for your excellent customer service!
