From the very first email I sent Rebecca asking to schedule a consultation to the minute that I got my rings in the mail, the whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Her studio in SF is beautiful and she was spot on matching my style I described over email to the rings she had ready for me at my appointment. Everything is very reasonably priced for how stunning and special her jewelry is. Production and shipping was even faster than what she told me it would be! I'm so in love with my rings!!! Friendly and courteous! Customer service is A+!! I was in town for my son's wedding, and needed to have some of my wife's jewelry looked at prior to the affair. I walked into the store because it is a classy looking, traditional, high quality, free standing jewelry store. I was greeted by one of the owners, and treated with the highest respect and courtesy. While the superb service on my pieces was being performed, I had occasion to look at some of the merchandise. It was excellent quality and beautifully presented. Such a major step up, from the mall stores or the chain stores you hear so much about! My grandpa, 3 uncles and my cousin were all custom diamond jewelers in New York. Finding such service in the jewelry business is so hard to come by. These jewelers are TOP NOTCH! Check them out!

I ordered 3 items online and paid a lot for them. I have e-mailed the company several times about an issue with two of the pieces and they haven't responded. I found a random number online and called it -- generic voicemail recording. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

The person who helped me was Sam H. I entered the store and showed her pictures of what I want to look at. She grabbed those out, scanned them and told me the total amount. I intended to buy, however she didn't even show me how they look together (charm and necklace chain) but want me to pay already? After the receipt was printed out, I asked for a gift receipt but she said sorry this could only be done before transaction is done. Usually when I buy jewelry, salesperson always ask if I need a gift receipt. I told her "but you didn't ask me if I need one. " she then said with an ignorant attitude "sorry I thought you buy it for yourself." What an unpleasant shopping experience I had at Pandora Hillsdale.
