I have been in the jewelry business close to 40 years. I am a designer and a Graduate Gemologist G.I.A. I luckily used the services of this long-standing company to make my design to exacting standards. They delivered a superior product, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. Bravo, Jewel-Craft. Unbelievable experience! I have been searching for a quality Watch Repair professional for months, and decided to Google local watchsmiths. By chance, I decided to stop by here and presented Nick, the Master Watchsmith there with my frozen automatic IWC. Within seconds of inspecting the watch, he knew exactly what was wrong and accepted it for repairs. And within a Day, he had my watch working and running again, and even inspected it further than I originally asked for to make sure everything was Lubed and Tight. I admit, I was hesitant, but this was an experience that made me happy to bring back my watch from Paperweight status. I highly recommend them, and would be back to his care with eyes closed!

Wow. This place was stacked with people during our visit. We had an hour and a half wait for lunch on the weekend, but the restaurant has a cute little shop to spend time in while you wait. The food was great and the prices are better than I expected. Best description is a quaint Cracker Barrel with in my opinion better food.

When in to inquire about a five stone ring I had purchased out of town. Was very honest and helpful. Suggested I contact the out of town jewler about the stone that had fallen out. Said if that jewler would't help me, he could put the diamonds in a different ring since I don't think the single shared prong is very secure after the stone fell out. Very pleased with the price they quoted to do that. He and his wife were very friendly and not pushy at all. Cleaned my ring. Showed me my engagement diamond under a microscope. Will be taking my jewey here from now on!

Had a bad expience with the Fallen timbers store. The 5 star reveiw is for Phil. He is great.

Great selection of shoes for both men and women. Only issue is they do not offer half sizing, which makes me wonder if they actually run smaller or larger? Definitely not true sizing because the fit depends on each style of shoe. As a consumer very disappointing because some of the styles I liked were either too big or too small and didn't fit. Difficult to believe that a company would deliberately loose sales.
