Took my small collection( 12 pieces ) in for inspection and cleaning. Had called the day before asking for assistance with matching receipts and item paperwork. Savanah said she would be in the next day and glad to assist. I arrived and was greeted very professionally and friendly. Savanah remembered my name and the call. Showed her my collection and receipts/paperwork which remained in their original envelopes. During the process she noticed one item in particular which was askew ans we had a conversation about my purchase of the item 6 months earlier and what a previous Kay Jewelers had informed me. She was dissatisfied with the customer service I had received and stated she wanted to assist me with the matter. I shrugged it off and said it didn't matter (only because I knew it to be a dead issue). She gladly assisted me with another item I knew to be in need of repair, and sorting of the paperwork which was no easy task as the previous store apparently to my surprise had not done a thorough and proper job. After sorting, she proceeded to contact customer service on my behalf. Customer service called the other store and to our dismay, the manager and sales person were no longer there. Savanah apologized and began to inspect my jewelry, but she wasn't letting it go. We continued to talk and I called the store myself and spoke with a salesperson who had been there for 2.5trs. Savanah asked to speak with her,and the next thing I know things are in motion and a 6 month old dead issue was not only revived,BUT RESOLVED!!! I was brought to tears that the company was able to assist with this and at no cost as well as Savanah continuing to work as the middle nan between the out of state store and her store. Also, her inspection was more thorough and the problems I had with another pair of earrings was also resolved. Now, I've always had great to goid customer service with Kay jewelers. .no matter what until 6 months ago when I cried with disappointment and actually stopped shopping at KJ. Now I know it wasn't KJ but the two employees who are no longer with the company. My faith restored, my jewelry repaired and surprisingly one of the items was missing the important authentication papers which she also requested. ..I can say KJ has outstanding customer service and Savanah is definitely the best jewel KJ has to offer. She spent 2 hours with the whole process keeping positive, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. .I'm just delighted and overwhelmed! ! Definitely go here if you're looking to buy jewelry. ....

Found the perfect necklace for my sister. Katya was so helpful in finding just the right one. My sister liked it so much that she went on the website and may order some more pieces. NOVEMBER 2017 UPDATE - My sister did order herself some earrings to go with the necklace, but picked a stone that didn't quite match the necklace. She sent them to me and when I took them to Katya today, she made a new pair with the matching color, polished up the necklace and then offered to send them to my sister free of charge! What an "above and beyond" experience. Thank you Katya!!

Allie was wonderful to work with, and spent the time to make sure that my fiance was happy with the ring she selected. This process included trying on pretty much everything available, and some stuff that wasn't available yet. Probably my favorite part of the whole process was that I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I have a pretty serious aversion to people wanting to force purchases, and typically jewelers are about the worst offenders, second maybe to car salespeople. Totally not the case here, the vibe was relaxed, and we didn't feel pressure to rush a decision right then. The shop carries pieces from other local artists in addition to their own, and has everything from multiple thousands of dollars, down to a few hundred. The purchasing process (for an engagement ring) consisted of deciding on which style we liked, discussing any small adjustments to the piece (In my fiance's case, she was interested in the Fern Dell ring, but was concerned that the sides might be too delicate. Notes were taken, and material was added to that section of the band during the casting.), and finally placing the 50% down payment giving the green light to get the ball rolling. All in all, the process took about a month, the results are stunning, and we couldn't be happier.

Incredible jewelry. I've been shopping with Mike @ Steiners for many years now. Honest and upfront. Not pushy. No salesman pitch. And such an upstanding guy to work with. He's absolutely interested in understanding what type of jewelry you would love or he will help you get there by asking the right questions. The jewelry is top notch as he has ties with various local and national designers. Tons of stuff to look at, lots of options and most importantly a very "family" style buying experience so you don't feel like they're just trying to make a sale. Definitely recommend visiting to become a lifetime customer!

Come here a few times for watch repair, they have always been very kind, helpful, and quick to serve my needs. Even replaced a battery for free because the old one died in less than a year.

We purchased my husband's wedding band there, and we appreciated that even though they knew we weren't going to be high-spenders, they were helpful, polite, and didn't try to up-sell us. I later returned to get an engraving, and the owner personally wished me congratulations on the upcoming wedding, and gifted me a beautiful agate necklace. Service doesn't get any better than that.

I love their jewelry, and the prices are fair. Kind hearted people, too!!

Mike and Fuzzy have helped me resize a ring in the past and have given me fantastic jewelry advice. I am always impressed by their knowledge and experience. My family recently took my niece here to get her ears pierced and they were wonderful. Everything went smoothly, and the cost was so reasonable we were able to get her two extra pairs so she has something quality to wear when she can change them. Their selection is stunning, and they are all around sweet people.

I have purchased a large number of Sorrelli items from Perfect Details. My experiences have been uniformly excellent - the items are beautiful, exactly as pictured on the website, and shipping time is very reasonable. I honestly can't imagine anyone getting a Sorrelli item and thinking it looks "cheap," since Sorrelli makes some of the highest quality costume jewelry on the market, which has a lifetime warranty. (Sorrelli repaired a ring of mine that got run over by a car, back to perfect condition, for free.) I find Perfect Details to be top notch in every way, and the customer service I have experienced is exceptional.
