I had a terrible experience with this company which resulted in me NOT Obtaining a purchase . This firm is a seller on 1st dibs—excellent at bombarding you with generic emails But in a crisis not at all . The seller after a series of personal messages sold my chosen item then wished me happy holidays when I expressed my dismay.. I did not get a warning or red flag from her or the company she colludes with online that there was a blip. Fantastic greed and overt exploitation . Avoid disappointment. Shop in person. Obtain Authentic assurances and examine your item. Ignore the seductive but tainted lure of this company to its treasure trove. I suspect my ring was probably a replica —it’s all a cruel disheartening ruse. Bottom line is like a pimp, 1st dibs gets them the highest price so on my case a competitive offer suddenly appeared and 1st dibs derailed mine —without an explanation or warning. So know that this is a dishonest system and that Fortrove thrives on it —and on you. Actually had the audacity to wish me happy holidays after I had sleuthed out what had happened. No moral Compass. No customer care or support. Just primal greed for a sale At their whimsical price point.

I was looking for someone to help me design and create a custom wedding band shaped like leaves on a branch, and I was having a lot of trouble finding just the right local artist who could help capture my vision until someone recommended Rona at an artist festival to my mother. My mom told me about her, and I went and visited her shop in the heart of Philadelphia, which is close to where I live. First of all, she and her assistant Emily are the NICEST people, warm and friendly and super willing to work with you on whatever it is that you are interested in creating. Rona decided to give my design a shot, and I could not be more pleased with the results! She took my dream and made it a reality! Her original work is very beautiful and organic, inspired by nature, which is what made me feel confident that she would be able to create my leaf ring - and boy did she deliver! She even went above and beyond to make sure the ring fit perfectly with my already uniquely-shaped engagement band. Thank you SO much, Rona, my wedding ring is a truly special work of art that I will cherish forever! I highly recommend Rona for both her original work (visit her website to see the gorgeous pieces!) and as a consultant and custom-work artist. She was so easy and honest to work with, I couldn't be happier!

They sell jewelry, clothes, bags, insence, and a bunch of little knick knacks. I go back every few months because they are always getting in new and different items. I especially like their rings. They have ones with stones and some that are just silver. The people that work there are very helpful, especially when it comes to finding jewelry that suits you.

My diamond, platinum engagement ring, band broke in area where they sized it down, after less than 3 months. They repairef it, but should not have happened. Sales people are wonderful though. Dropped ring off on a Wednesday evening, couldn't pick up until today, Monday. I would think they would have made it priority, but guess not.
