Very helpful staff. We went here to get my engagement ring set because it didn’t fit with the original band and my knuckle was bigger than the skin/meat part of my finger (a family ring), and they showed and thoroughly explained the finger mate adjustable band option to us. The only issues we had were that they called and said it was ready to pick up/back from being shipped out to get the finger mate added, and then got there and forgot to do the appraisal so we had to come back.

Their jewelry is nice, unique and well made, and the prices are fair!

Not a good selection. Prices are ok could be better. Service was below mediocre. The lady acted like she really didn't want to take the items of display to show them. Some of display items were broken and they didn't want to give some type of discount for the broken or missed up items. Will not shop there again. Will probably just choses to take the trip to Winston Salems one instead.

I can't say strong enough how good a jeweler Todd is simply the best.We have known him for many years and he is the only jeweler I would trust my ring to be reset into a new mounting. It's everything that my husband and I were looking for and found it after 46 years of marriage. Love it and will cherish this ring. Now planning on redoing another stone into one of Todd's designs. Thanks Todd

THE standard of jewelry retail excellence in the Triangle! I deal with Kim, but any of the staff will gladly serve you well with their expertise. One comment in response to a negative review about poor service near closing. The reviewer probably doesn't work in retail, but I do. Understand that in this profession we've chosen, the hours are long and hard, and customers, at times, can be exceedingly difficult, to say the least. When closing time approaches, we're ready to go home to our families! Business hours are easily accessed; be considerate enough to allow sufficient time to conclude your business well before the time the business closes. Don't expect world class service when you inconsiderately arrive shortly before a business' closing time! This should be an obvious point to anyone with any sense at all.

Very Professional, Fast Service and Great Prices! I had a diamond bangle bracelet that was thought to be ruined when it was ran over by a car but Miguel restored it and it looks perfect! I also had a clasp on a gold link bracelet replaced with a stronger one in 5 minutes for under $20! Great work!

I just had my diamond solitaire engagement resized, but talked with them about remounting the diamond as well. When I went in, a week later to pick my ring up they remembered who I was and also remembered that I wanted a remount done. I WILL be back. After getting priced for remounts from them and a big name jeweler, the price difference was unimaginable not to mention the customer service. I know where I am returning to when I am ready for a remount this summer!

Haguit and her father were so helpful getting me the perfect engagement ring. I shopped at every store in the area and I'm so happy I didn't go with anyone else. I was able to custom pick what I wanted and the service and price was better than going with the chain diamond stores. I just felt like I was being trapped into buying something I wasn't sure about at the other places. At Modern Art, you can tell that Haguit won't sell you something you're not perfectly happy with. They are straightforward and no BS at Modern Art. That's what I liked. My fiancé likes that the ring is gorgeous and she get's compliments on it every single week. Plus, no one else will have the same ring as her.
