Love this store ;-)

Its been a while and I haven't been able to go back to thank her, but one of the store clerks helped me get the best ring. I'm a poor struggling college students who got married to the most beautiful woman, when it came time to get a ring I could not imagine have getting anything different. They were helpful, encouraging, never forceful and really looked to help me and my need. Not all the employees were that way. Only Michelle. She was the one who really cared and helped me make the best possible purchase. Go to her. She was amazing.

I love them me and husband buy from there all the time, they have more of a variety on that side of the island being that we live all the way in Wahiawa...

Without a doubt the most disgraceful shopping experience of my life. Store clerk was rude and abrasive. Deplorable service.

I recently came to this store while on vacation to enquire if my large Honu black coral pendant could be repaired. I fully expected and was willing to pay for any repair as the pendant is approximately 10 years old and I had long ago lost the receipt. The staff here could not have been more helpful, to my delight the pendant was repaired at no cost with the staff thanking me for returning to them! Wonderful service! Mahalo. Deb (Australia)

The owner Brenda is an expert in jewelry and the components like gold, silver, and loose stones. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that I have not found anywhere else. Along with her knowledge, experience, and skill she is very conscientious, sincere, focused, and has integrity in everything she does. I am very appreciative for her help through the years. Only the matter of money

Bought a ruby ring, lost ruby after 2 days due to poor craftmanship. They said they'd replace it. Got ring in mail with a purple stone. Rubys arent purple!

The workers are rude (at least to locals). My grandmother and mother went into the store looking for charms and the workers did not even look at them or acknowledge the fact that they were there. Later two couples came in and they directly went to help them. When my mother approached them one snobbed her and the other ignored her. The two workers were just very rude and it was a bad experience.
