Always 2 weeks for jewerly repair and stones on the ring we bought come loose every 3 months or so. Expect if you get a ring to consistently be waiting weeks for it to get serviced.

Bought my wife's wedding ring two years ago here looks as good now as it did then and got a great price. Just had my wife's necklace that she bought in Italy repaired after one of my children broke it. Can't tell it's even been repaired. They are amazing.

I went to Baraka Gemstones and Jewelry in the hopes of getting two costume necklaces repaired. Jamie fixed one of the necklaces as I waited, and although he could not help me with the other necklace because it required replacement of a gold-filled chain and the store does not deal in costume jewelry, he informed me of some stores that might be able to help me. He graciously did not charge me for his services. Given the level of customer service, I certainly will think of Baraka when I have fine jewelry needs in the future.

Very very nice staff, had a much better time here than in other places at the mall. A bummer is that they don't have any of the pieces there, they only deliver, but delivery is pretty quick in the area.

I walked in with high expectations and about 20 minutes to find the "right" engagement ring. What I wanted ended up being a bit too specific for what was available at the time so I ended up getting one made. Since I only had the most basic knowledge of gem quality and the process of making an engagement ring it started out a little scary, but Kirk explained everything very well. We thoroughly discussed the different options I had for the diamond, crown, and band in order to make the ring I was looking for. He was an open book regarding cost, my price range, and every tangential question I asked like how to safely transport the ring overseas to the country I would be proposing in. To top it off I only had a week before flying there, which I suppose the millennial in me thought was plenty of time... Kirk made it happen, the ring was perfect, and she said yes of course! The professionalism and expedience of excellent service here is why I was able to propose at a very special juncture in my relationship that I would have otherwise missed, and is the reason I'll shop here again as soon as I can afford to ;)

I've taken many pieces of jewelry to Russell's, rings to be re-sized, necklaces and bracelets to be shorten and sometimes just stuff that needs to be cleaned. He is always ready to take whatever it is I need done and always 100% of the time has it ready when he says it will be if not sooner. As far as I'm concerned, he's my jeweler and has a loyal customer for life.

Kim and Jake were able to tap into my sketchy memory banks to retrieve a word picture of a family ring I remembered fondly as a child and turn it into something of heirloom quality that is more beautiful than I recalled.

I have used this shop to fix some antique jewelry. They are truly wonderful. They worked with me to keep the parts I wanted in place even though it made it harder for the jeweler to fix. The price was the best I have been quoted. I have also had to bring my very young children each time I visit and they are friendly and patient. I grew up going to gem shows and spending time in antique jewelry shops and remember it fondly. Going there reminds me of that; and their patience with my son really added to the experience. Thanks very much.

Mary and the staff are truly exceptional! They take the time to make sure they fully understand exactly what you're looking for, with genuine interest, without being pushy or overly "sales-y" like a lot of larger jewelry stores are notorious for. I walked in with a rough idea for an engagement ring I wanted designed. With only a pen and scrap paper, Mary sketched out the design I described and proceeded to create the CAD image for my approval. Mary even had a variety of diamonds sent in so I could choose the best/most appropriate one and even walked me through the C's (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity) of each! When I received the call the ring was ready (ahead of the quoted date, too!), I was more eager than my 6 year old daughter on Christmas morning to see the finished product. When I opened the box, the ring FAR surpassed any preconceived expectation I had. It truly left me speechless. I would highly recommend Mary & the staff!

I'm really excited to write a review about Zuckerman Jewelers! All my life I have been so passionate about jewelry. Having Zuckerman's in my life has finally helped me be able to purchase jewelry that I not only love, but am actually able to afford. Thanks to Anna Zuckerman , my jewelry idol, Diana, my jewelry expert, and Tanya, my consultant and fabulous person, I now have pieces that I have been able to purchase and am totally in love with. I'm retired and on a fixed income, however, because of Anna's unbelievable price points, I have been able to actually buy some jewelry that is my ultimate love, which is estate jewelry. How fortunate I feel to be able to say that I now own some pieces that I have always dreamed of. I know for sure that anyone who shows up at Zuckermans, will be as delighted as I have been and continue to be. For these reasons, I want to personally thank my Zuckerman friends, Anna, Diana and Tanya. You three have made my jewelry dreams come true! I want you know that!
