Bought a ruby ring, lost ruby after 2 days due to poor craftmanship. They said they'd replace it. Got ring in mail with a purple stone. Rubys arent purple!

The workers are rude (at least to locals). My grandmother and mother went into the store looking for charms and the workers did not even look at them or acknowledge the fact that they were there. Later two couples came in and they directly went to help them. When my mother approached them one snobbed her and the other ignored her. The two workers were just very rude and it was a bad experience.

The nicest staff! We didn't shop here BUT as we were passing this store during a rainstorm last night, our paper shopping bag tore open on us right in front of Lono. As everything fell out, the staff inside immediately saw our predicament and offered us a plastic shopping bag. Thank you so much, you guys are awesome!

Purchased my watch at this store in 2013. Unfortunately the clip broke and no jewelers in Australia could fix it. Took it in and Beth (Manager) arranged to send it to their workshop for repair quoted $50 which was fine by me. Watch returned within 48 hours,new clip, cleaned and new battery. Now the surprise Beth advised all done at NO CHARGE. We were taken aback consumer service like this is rarely seen these days. Highly recommend this business, thanks Beth.

現在は改装中です。 1階にバック、革小物、アクセサリー、香水etc 2階は洋服、食器、ベビー用品、靴etc 店舗は狭いです。 バーキンやケリーはむりですが 欲しいものを聞いてみると案外とあったりします！ 革小物も希望の色や素材など 気兼ねなく尋ねた方がいいです。 お値段は… 日本で買うのと同じくらいです。 もちろんパリに比べたらお高めなので どうしても欲しいものでなければ こちらの店舗で購入する必要はないかも★

We were visiting and excited to shop but stuff who was older JAPANESE lady( I know it because I spoke japanese) was very rude. She made me don't want to buy from her at all. High brand, poor service. Very disappointed.
