I have visited this location for watch assessment/repairs twice now and had the pleasure of working with Jerome on both occasions. I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but had to make my experiences with Jerome known. He was very professional, knowledgeable, passionate, caring, patient, understanding, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and was just a joy to work with. I will certainly be bringing my future business back to this location to work with him again, and be recommending my peers to do the same. Thank you for all your help, Jerome!

Their staff was amazing, even at 8 am on Black Friday. A girl named Rachel greeted everyone when they walked in, and staff was constantly checking in on us even though they were packed. Great customer service!

This is a great local jewelry store. I called looking to have some links taken out of a watch band at a reasonable price, and Arseniy was an exception salesman! Fixed the watch and asked if he could clean my rings for free. Highly recommend this jewelry store. Will be back!
