The gentleman that I worked with were very polite and did a great job on a watch that I needed repaired. I had taken the watch to other places and had given me so high quotes but at Luis and Co. they took a few minutes to look it over and noticed a relative simple repair and were able to save me some money. Not all places will do that.

Bought my fiancé’s engagement ring here and also came back for wedding bands, what a fantastic experience! Ask for Kim, she was such an enormous help throughout the entire process. From the first time I went to look at engagement rings in September to just a week ago picking up wedding bands, Kim always made this first time jewelry buyer feel very comfortable. Her extensive knowledge of diamonds and rings is second to none, and whether or not you have an idea of what you want for your special someone, she will help you find “the ring.” I came into the store knowing I wanted a solitaire style ring with a rose gold band, but was unsure if I wanted the band to be plain or have diamonds around it. Kim must have shown me at least 10 different bands and whether I liked them or not she would grab something else based on my preferences. All in all I was able to find the ring and diamond I wanted to get my now-fiancé on my first trip to the store, mostly thanks to Kim!

Stopped in on my way back to Richmond on a whim and am glad I did. Great service and great prices. Was happy to find a shotgun no one in Richmond seems to stock new in box cheaper than the going rate online...before shipping and transfer. Good store and most definitely good people, will be stopping in whenever I pass through the area.

I was referred to Phil at Madison Jewlers by a close friend of mine for the purchase of an engagement ring. My situation was somewhat unique as I work out of the country and was never actually able to set foot in the store. I had very little knowledge with diamond and rings but Phil was very helpful in selecting the perfect ring. The entire process was completed within my requested time frame and I was able to return home and surprise my fiancé as planned. Start to finish this was a trustworthy and satisfying transaction.

My grandmother's jewelry needed repair. Very nice job. Nice customer service. Very happy will return for repairs or possibly some antique clocks he has.

Do not trust this! It is not a real place! It takes you to apartments and townhomes. The phone number isn't even in service. I drove an hour and a half in a snow storm for nothing!

Don’t bother taking any jewelry here to be sized. They have ruined my wedding rings. The first time I took my rings in to be sized they came back fine. The last time they ruined them. My wedding band is lopsided, not round, and so thin I’m scared it’s going to break. I cannot understand why the band came back so thin on the bottom when I was having the ring reduced in size! I have gorgeous rings and now they are awful. I told the person giving my my rings they are lopsided and not round and she said “that’s how they are supposed to be” no, they aren’t. rings are round not uneven and an unidentifiable shape. Moreover, while I was speaking with the associate a manager ( I presume), a woman with blond hair, went to the jewelers who were sizing rings and started yelling about how sick and tired she was of customers thinking they can get whatever they want and asking for things. I was absolutely amazed that 1. She would say that in front of a customer, I’m standing right there, and 2. People are paying a large amount of money for this jewelry, they have the right to ask and make sure the items are what they want. Some of the employees here are nice and very helpful, but I don’t recommend taking your rings here to be sized and apparently this female manager doesn’t want to help customers.
