Jewellery

Very nice showroom, excellent collection. Good experience at short visit.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. The sales people were very helpful and accommodating. They have a wide selection of all the different David Yurman pieces. Great place to buy a gift for your self.

Hmmm.....need to have heavy wallet.

Never again! Tried returning a $50 keychain that broke after 3 days. Couldn't return right away as I live an hour away. Came in with receipt and the assistant, snooty and rude manager named Catherine Hayes wouldn't even do an even exchange. I agreed to take another keychain, a smaller one but wanted to charge me a difference in price. Wasted time and gas for a crappy $50 keychain. The worst part was when I asked for her manager's name and number, she refused to give me the info and insisted I go to the website. She wouldn't even give me her manager's name. Never again will I spend another penny in this store nor will my family. She needs retraining and her coworker was just as snooty and rude. Instead of trying to help me they were finding ways to blame me for the faulty product.

Great place and good price

Today I went and got my third piercing and I’m always weary of where to go. The girl working there made everything feel effortless. I didn’t feel uneasy at all and it was done in about 10-15 minutes!

Always something new here for my wife to find and great customer service.

The absolute best customer service I've ever seen.

HORRIBLE. good service when they are making a sale. Horrible service when they won't refund you your$900.

Took my wife's ring for re size & re do on work a large chain outfit done which was not right, jeweler at powers made it perfect and 100 percent awesome, I recommend and will use them Everytime...

Excellent, personable service. They did a great job of walking me through the process and making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Recommend for everything you need.

Anderson always has the best selection and the staff is very helpful. I have bought jewelry and watches here. You can never go wrong when you're giving a gift from Anderson Bros.
