Great service!!!!!

Purchased a sterling silver medical ID. Within a few months it scratched so badly you could barely read it..the company since I had the warranty said they would replace it...I asked that the important information be placed on the inside rather that the out ..just I case the new one scratched... That apparently was impossible..... They did sent me another bracelet with larger letters but.... It was spelled wrong...... Again they apologized and agreed to replace it since it was their mistake. Needless I am still waiting....... In the mean time one of their sales reps suggested a stainless bracelet as it would. Not scratch as badly which I agreed to purchase.... And again I also purchased a warranty ...all well and good... Except..the bracelet turned colors (black) on my wrist and my wrist also turned black this was within a few days....apparently I have a stainless allergy, which I did not know...the company did accept a return since I had the warranty. But,,,,,,, I did NOT Get full refund!!!!!,

When looking for a diamond for an engagement ring, I scoured the internet for the highest quality diamond at the best price. I also went to all the typical jewelry stores (Zales, Jared, The Ring Store, Helzberg, and some local places), and none of them compared to the quality and price I found at Whiteflash. Besides the price and quality, their service was amazing. Despite all my research and careful planning, I waited until the last minute, and in a rush, I panicked and nearly bought a diamond from Jared. I had actually put money down and was going to pick the diamond up on a Friday, and I needed have the ring by the following Friday because I was leaving for Hawaii the following Saturday, where I planned on popping the question. Well, after putting the money down at Jared, I got a case of buyers remorse. I had settled for a diamond that didn't have the cut I wanted, and it just didn't shine like the higher quality cuts, but the Jarrod prices for those were too high. Also, I called Jared to ask about the cut of the diamond I was getting, and I couldn't get straight answers, and the lady on the phone really gave me the runaround. I was not pleased and decided to call Whiteflash. I had already spoken to Lisa at Whiteflash, and she had been very helpful, but I had spoken to her very early in my search and I wanted to do my due diligence before committing to buy a diamond. I never felt pushed or harassed, unlike ALL the other stores, so when I got frustrated with Jared, I called Lisa late in the day on Friday and asked her to pick a diamond in my price range. (I had already seen what they had because I live in Houston and was able to visit their place of business.) Not only did I need the diamond, but I needed it set in a ring, and sent to Philadelphia by the next Thursday. Why? Because I didn't want to pay tax on the ring, which amounted to significant savings, and allowed me to purchase a better diamond than I'd be able to get at a store. At the time I was working in Philadelphia during the week and was set to fly back to Houston on Thursday night, and then I was to leave for Hawaii on Saturday. I was really worried that the ring wouldn't be ready, and I'd have to go to Hawaii ringless, feeling like an idiot for my procrastination and ruining the proposal. Lisa assured me it wouldn't be a problem and they'd be able to handle it. I stressed and stressed, and sent a bunch of emails to Lisa, but true to her word, the ring arrived at 8 AM on Thursday morning, giving me plenty of time to pick it up, go to work, and make my flight back to Houston that evening. When I got the ring, it was beautiful and had a lot of fire. I felt much better about the purchase than I did with the Jared diamond. My wife loves her ring, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I will say that initially, I had been reluctant to make a large purchase with an internet based company. Luckily, I live in Houston and was able to go check them out, and make sure it was legitimate. Their office is located in a building that everyone knows as the place all the premium diamond and jewelry dealers are located. They were very easy to deal with, and their selections made all the other places I went to look shabby in comparison.

The best place, with the most honest people. We custom designed a ring and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend as they are now my jewelers for life!

I dropped in to see if they had anything that would make a great gift for my wife and I's 7th Anniversary. Their brands, selections, and prices were the best I have seen in the Katy, Cinco Ranch, or Richmond area. I got 2 great pieces of jewelry for her, and I am sure there will be more as I will be going back now that I know they are in the area.

Cheaters.... Liars....12k or less quality....fraud store....Dont even go close to this store.....Ask for the receipt on the purchases u make n look at their reactions. They hate credit card transactions. To test all my claims just melt a ring or ear ring to check their quality and take the jewelry to sell it back to them and listen to their spontaneous lies, that owner is not here, in hospital, out of the country and will come back in 2 months. The owner becomes employee and employee becomes owner as per their convinience to roundup the customers. Very rude people, mannerless and they grew that store by cheating people. These words are not just enough to describe this store.

I got some jewelry and owner he was so kind. Very prompt service on some rings needing resize and fixes. He worked with me to have a matching set and very professional. He even let me trade in on the new. Great jewelry store...

Customer service should be just that. Service the customer no matter if they want the $100 bracelet or the $100,000 diamond. So upsetting you have sales people who skip over customers when they see they are willing to spend more money, it doesn't matter if the customer had been waiting for 20 mins, the others who walked in went towards the expensive side so thats where the sales person ran to. This is why more people choose to shop online instead. SMH
